• nan (10/5): - We loved having free parking and the location was very convenient. The unit was clean and even though check in seems confusing it was very easy and host got back to us quickly. There are no windows and only a sliding glass door to a balcony that is locked, there is a fan in the room that makes a weird nose and the bedroom is not in an enclosed space so there are lights from the appliances that can't be turned off. If you need a dark room, it might not be best. It's clean and had everything we needed though.
• Kristine (9/5): Very convenient location with a professional and helpful host. Had everything we needed, would definitely stay again if - The location was excellent. Close to both the WB Studio Tour and Universal Studios, making it easy to get around. Aldo was professional and responsive, always just a call or text away. The loft was cute, clean, and had everything we needed to rest and recharge. It also had a washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen, so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. A few outlets didn’t work, and the WiFi setup wasn’t obvious at first. The key card took about 6 minutes of trying the same thing before it worked, and getting in through the side door at night felt a bit uneasy but it did eventually work.
• Teeraphong (9/5): - The location is very convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. All the necessary amenities were provided and actually functional, which made the stay very comfortable. The bed was quite spacious, making the room suitable for 2–3 people. Free parking was also a big plus. Communication with the host was a bit complicated, as it required several steps. Additionally, the balcony could not be opened, so when cooking or doing certain activities, the room lacked proper ventilation.

• Paula (8/5): - Great apartment with free parking, laundry tower, big fridge. We felt safe. No notes. The initial check-in looks very complicated but in the end we made it in with no issues.
