Man hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank usw. Die Lage ist absolut klasse 👍 Das Bad. Wenn Mann länger als 1 min duschen geht steht alles unter Wasser, der Abfluss muss gereinigt werden glaube ich. Die Straße war etwas laut, sonst ist alles gut

• Isabella (3/5): Nich empfehlbar - Die aussicht Wir hatten keines gutes check-in die türe ist für 3 stunden nicht aufgegangen und wir müssten 3 stunden drusssen warten. Es war nich alles Sauber und wir hatten probleme mit der Dusche die ab 20 minuten kein warmes wasser mehr hatte.
• ADRIANA (8/5): Dacă ar fi fost mai cald în cameră, aș fi fost pe deplin mulțumită. - Camera mare și bine utilată. Poziția foarte aproape de metrou, stația Loretto. Magazine de tot felul, restaurante, baruri și cafenele în vecinătate. Clădirea în care se află proprietatea este foarte frumoasă și bine întreținută, este locuită de oameni de calitate. A fost liniște și ne am putut odihni. Caloriferul este mic și în nopțile friguroase nu a făcut față, a fost frig în cameră. Era programat să funcționeze în anumite intervale. Cred ca încălzirea este în sistem centralizat, poate cu centrala pe întregul imobil. Pernele ar trebui înlocuite.

• Gautier (1/5): Inconfortable poussiéreux et on vous demande de payer des réparations dont vous ignorer le probleme ! - L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge séchant. A fuir absolument ! Appartement poussiéreux, entartré, matelas inconfortable avec un protège matelas qui n’est pas changé entre chaque personne: on y retrouve des cheveux ! La climatisation fait un bruit métallique et est très mal placée donc elle est peu efficace. Les évacuations d’eaux sont sur sani broyeur, donc cela fait également du bruit. Quelques jours avant votre arrivée, ils vous obligent à signer un contrat de location antidaté à la date de votre séjour. Dans ce contrat on vous demande de valider l’état de l’appartement. Bien entendu, le délais pour annuler est dépassé. Et vous devez signer pour pouvoir avoir les codes d’accès à l’appartement. Puis à la fin du séjour, on vous dit responsable de dégradations. Car vous n’avez que des contact par message. Je me fait donc arnaquer sur une brûlure de fer à repasser dont je ne suis pas responsable. Ils comptent sur les touristes pigeons pour rénover leur appartement qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Un bon conseil : faite des photos !

• Matthew (6/5): Was not what we hoped for. - The location was convenient as it was near the central station and the metro. All the cooking facilities worked well and plenty of space to hang clothes. When we arrived the apartment had an unpleasant smell especially it the bathroom. The place could do with a good clean. The shower didn't drain properly The bed was too small and seemed only a little bigger than a single bed Air conditioning didn't seem to cool the apartment. The balcony cannot really be used as it houses the air conditioning unit. So overall a bit disappointing
• Michail (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location near metro station.. Very easy to move around and close (2 stops) to central train station which was great as we did day trips to other cities/places. The room was clean, spacious and convenient and check in late was very easy. The staff responded to all our messages fast and they even let us leave our luggage in the apartment for a few extra hours after the check outwhich saved us time, trouble and money at bounce (luggage storage app-service) in order to have a last walk at the center before leaving Milan.
• Shona (9/5): Everything you need for a city stay - It had everything we needed! Comfortable bed, place to eat, sit and relax after exploring Milan. Even amenities to cook a small meal, and do laundry. It was slightly farther from the city than anticipated, however the location was still great to be able to walk and get into a cool neighbourhood for meals.
• Anna (8/5): Central stay in Milan - The location was brilliant and a 5 min walk to the Metro. Good cafes and restaurants nearby. So very quiet being in the centre of Milan. Bed very comfortable and unit equipped well in the kitchen. It was much smaller than the photos show. My husband and I managed well with placing our suitcases after cleverly rearranging some furniture. Could do with more pillows though to sleep?? 4 would have been great

• Robert (8/5): Very good - The flat is located near the 2 Metro lines - 20 m from the front door to the Metro stairs. 600 m from Central Station. Some shops and restaurants are nearby. It was very comfortable and good accommodation for the price. For comfortable viewing from bed, the TV screen should be on a swivel mount.

• Geena (8/5): Nice place and easy location to metro. - Apartment was nicely furnished and simply. The bed was a little small but comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine and clothes rack to hang out wet clothing. Location was good, metro around the corner and supermarket close by. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and it was obvious that the shower walls needed attention. The vanity drawer didn't close and was a pain. I also felt the host needed to provide at least one extra toilet roll and at least more washing machine tablets as we were left with one only.

• Alina (8/5): Looks better in pictures than it is when living in it for a week - Easy to get in. We did not have any issues getting into apartment or checking in. The apartment looks like in pictures, modern style furniture and appliances. We liked that is was close to Milano Centrale train station because we traveled around quite a bit during the stay. Heating. It is set on a certain temperature and that’s it. We requested to the host to have the temperature set higher cause overnight it felt cold, we got straight away the answer that they would look at the settings but nothing happened. The apartment door handled is was coming out of lock first morning when we left the apartment. Spoke to the host to have it fixed and had no issues after. The bathroom has no window and like other guests previously mentioned, it does smell bad unfortunately. And the bars and restaurants outside the apartment building. Like mentioned by other guests it is noisy. Not ideal if you want to go early to bed for an early morning next day.

• Chau (10/5): Exceptional - The place is really modern and well decorated. Everything that I need is fully equipped. It’s not a walkable distance from the main station but there’s a metro nearby. Super close for traveling to other destinations in the city. Maybe the cleaning needs to be done more properly.

• Jeff (8/5): Met our expectations and was very convenient to get around - Apartment was as described and located very close to the metro station which made it very easy to move around Milan. Restaurant beside apartment had outside seating that had to be removed every night at closing. The people doing that were not always quiet about their work.

• Marika (9/5): Superb - Apartment is very modern, stylish and clean. Has everything needed, including AC, dishwasher, washing machine and stove. Nice coffee and tea in the kitchen, also complimentary champagne as a wedding gift (thank you!). There is elevator in the building. Nearby restaurants, metro, PAM shop, pharmacy. Highly recommend :) The light in the kitchen and corridor could not be turned off completely, so it was hard for me to fall asleep. Also the neighborhood was quite noisy at night.
• Hannah-aïman (9/5): A recommended stay - The location was very nice. It's not that far away from the central station. Easy reachable with public transport. The room itself was very clean, well equiped and well decorated. It feels very home-y. There is a washing machine and dryer. A kitchen if you feel like cooking yourselves. We were welcomed by our hostess, who was always available of we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I could think of is that the airconditioning couldn't get any lower than a certain set point. I imagine however, if we would have let this know, they would reset the settings.
