• Norbert (5/5): Place unsuited for preparing meals. Lack of fan in the living room. Problem with electrical outlets. - 1) Good central location in the city. 2) Large apartment with a separate bedroom. 3) Clean place. 4) Fast and reliable internet. 6) The host allow us to stay a bit longer to be able for us to get to the airport right on time. 1) Lack of a fan in the living /kitchen room. When we arrived the temperature was reaching +41C. It was very hot and stuffy in the described area with dead and hot not moving air. Even though we mentioned that problem to the host, she didn't care much about our discomfort. In her reply to our message the host promised to bring a fan but she never did. She mentioned that we should ask about that. So, we did but still she didn't attend to this matter at all. The A/C was in the bedroom only. 2) One outlet in the kitchen area didn't work, which left us with only one working outlet. The host provided an extension cord that lacked a ground wire while all the appliances we had to use required a ground wire connection. Using that obviously unsafe extension could cause an electrical shock or even a death to a user of which possibility the host was completely oblivious to. 3) There was a lack of a coffee maker, a basic and expected item in any rented place equipped with a kitchen. The host explained that if she bought one it would cost more than we paid to rent the apartment. That is not true as we checked in near stores and the simple push-down extractor was approx. 12,000 Arg. pesos. We paid $191 USD to stay there, which is equivalent to 220,000 Arg. pesos. If the money to spend to better the apartment was a problem why would the host offer us a rental car, one of the three (bountiful as she put it) they had. So, it seems they have enough money to invest into 3 rental cars but not enough to invest in the apartment to make it safer and more pleasant for the renters? 4) There was lack of extra plates. The host provided with 2 dinner plates and 2 metal plates that would be good to feed pets. Host's excuse was that guests who had rented before were eating out. Our response to that statement was: "We rented an apartment so that we could prepare some meals.
• Natasha (9/5): Great stay! - Camila is so lovely and made it such an enjoyable stay. She even let us check out quite late which was greatly appreciated! Great location and aircon worked well. Pick up and drop off was smooth too of keys. Had to rearrange the sofa and dining table so it could be possible to watch TV
