• steve (4/5): Very Poor check in and No Aircon over a number of very hot day I paid for this service and get - Location On arrival was told by reception I didn't have a reservation. then I was told to go to level 8 and talk to reception there. The reception on level 8 told me I didn't have a booking and referred me back to the main reception. They I found out that my booking was an Air B&B not a hotel room. I dint receive the security code for the lock box for the Room Key. Another 15 min pass, in total 40mins from my arrival. I get into the room the air-conditioning wasn't working the hotel reception said there nothing they can do, I call the hep number and text the mobile number let messages stating the air con was not working it was 29 degrees at 9pm and the room was hot No response to my call or text for help with the air con very poor form, I like a significant discount for the inconvenience
• Noel (7/5): After the negative key and gaining access to the room experience, things then went smoothly. - The room was fine and comfortable. Although, heating was an issue. A major negative to the experience was the lack of direction related to finding the room key. It took me 1.5 hours to find the key, and only focused diligent persistence found the key. No one at the site knew of any key. At one stage I thought I would have to go back home or rent another room due to not gaining access to the room. Once the key was located things went smoothly. Clear instructions as to where the key can be located would be advantageous to a better experience.

• Barb (10/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect price. Great stay, we will be back. Thanks - The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything, Victoria Markets, Bourke Street Mall, DFO, Southbank, Goal, Her Majesty's Theatre. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. We found the couch a little uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have the towels changed for an 8 day stay (as there was no heated towel rail)

• Peter (5/5): First Melbourne Trip - Size. Functionality. I lost my card and replacement was efficient. CBD info including maps good Tricky finding the key as it wasnt obvious where it was. Had to get assistance from reception. Once located it worked. Beds were single and advertised as double. No covering to stop sliding and took awhile to get that fixed. No plug for sink in bathroom Communication regarding change of date was ineffective and is ongoing
• Renae (8/5): A convenient stay for work - In good location and apartment was clean and comfortable The key access was was annoying with lock attached to fence in lane
• Rosemary (7/5): Pleasant room in very central location but the unit does need some maintenance to keep up the expected standards of the - We liked the location , Jake tried very hard to help sort out the fact we had no coffee machine, no aircon and substandard bathroom products. The shower was not very clean and some tables and benches had not been wiped down- the coffee ring was still evident. Access to on site management not great.
• Shayne (9/5): Recommend to all, the bed was so comfortable and the apartment was a perfect size for the 2 of us. - Central CBD location, and being on a lane it was in the CBD but nice and quiet at night. Patricia's Coffee was next door and was great, and an easy 4 min stroll to Hardware Lane where there were some amazing restaurants to choose from. Trams were located on either end of the lane so we could get anywhere within a 2 min walk to get the right tram for our journeys. Not that we didn't like it, but for a 5-night stay an extra towel each would have been useful. I suggest that this is adopted as standard practice for any stay over 3 nights? But great overall

• John (7/5): Great location - Location is fantastic, and the style of the room is good. Extra towels and a mid week clean could be a good idea for a week long stay.
• Safiah (9/5): Superb stay with a great location. - I had an incredible stay. Great central location, short walk to southern cross station and the state library. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay. I loved how spacious it is. It also had all the amenities you could need for a short stay. It was a bit difficult to find the key card and open the lock box.
• David (9/5): Was good. - Great location. Would be good to have a picture of where the key along with pictures and instructions of how to obtain the Key.
• Helen (8/5): We love the location.....quiet street yet in the CBD. Unbelievable - Location is good. Big spacious unit. Basic cooking needs provided. N Jake....he is good. Helped us when we were locked out. Haha. Owners are fortunate to have him manage the property Washing machine and dryer were listed in amenities when we booked it. Yet they are not there. Waiting for the outcome between owner and booking.com on why the misleading information.
• Kevin (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location! - This apartment is in an amazing central location and it was quiet at night. It is very clean, stylish and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen amenities provided were high quality and generous - many thanks for a very enjoyable stay!
