Lo que más destacamos es la combinación perfecta entre comodidad, ubicación y tranquilidad. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y decorado con mucho gusto, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. También queremos resaltar la atención y amabilidad del anfitrión, siempre disponible y dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y cualquier necesidad. La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad y, al mismo tiempo, descansar en un ambiente relajado y acogedor. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva que repetiríamos y recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque un alojamiento cómodo, limpio y con un trato excepcional.
• Nataliia (10/5): - It was nice to stay here. Not far from a lot of famous places and they allowed to stay for my little dog at the flat. I can recommend this flat and thanks for hosting.
• Natalia (7/5): Solid - Host allowed an early check in. We communicated via WhatsApp so make sure you have the app if you book this place. Area was safe and quiet. The host also provided umbrellas, which was very nice since one of the days it did rain. There was also a drying rack for clothes that worked wonderfully. Bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and even lotion. I would not stay here again due to the location. It looked like it was close to the train station, but really it's a 30min walk. The Colosseum was the next close thing and also about a 30min walk. For the price, we can't complain much but it really is not close to much. Not even convenience stores or restaurants. This was a problem for us because we did not budget for taxis, but if you have the money then it's fine. The Wi-Fi worked only half the time, and the host came off a bit rude at times. I felt like I could not bring stuff up to her because I was inconveniencing them. Bedroom A/C remote did not work or maybe the a/c didn't. I assume it was the remote.

• Bogdan (1/5): Disappointing - Good positioning Misleading and disappointing experience The listing is deceptive — it appears as one accommodation when in fact there are two separate apartments. We booked believing we were getting a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, only to be placed in a much smaller unit with one bed and a sofa bed. When we raised the issue, the owner blamed us instead of taking responsibility for the misleading presentation. To make matters worse, the apartment was dirty, with yellow-stained blankets and an overall lack of cleanliness. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
• Beate (8/5): - Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe ist fußläufig ein Supermarkt. Die Schlüsseluebergabe war persönlich und hat gut geklappt. In der Nähe sind Bushaltestellen und die Metro MANZONI. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Leider ist das Schlafsofa nicht besonders bequem.
• JMRCB (8/5): Big space, quiet neighbourhood, overall quite enjoyable - Genuinely lovely first interaction with the key holder (assumed not the host). Perfect space for two couples sporting two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living space, and a kitchen space. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Close to #3 tram for public transport options. Supermarket nearby. Gorgeous ma and pa restaurant directly around the corner with authentic cuisine, local (non-touristy) pricing, and genuine, warm service. We ate here twice. 1) Perhaps the streamlining of key handover. We were asked to advise the approximate time of arrival via booking.com, which we did a couple of days in advance. We were then asked to message the host upon arrival at Roma Termini, which we did. We were then asked to message the host when we were exiting Roma Termini, which we did. The station is approximately a twelve-minute walk to the property, which we also advised. We then messaged again once we had reached the property. We then waited approximately half an hour on the street until the key holder arrived. 2) Although listed as having a mashing machine, there was no machine on site. There is a laundromat approx 500 metres away.

La ubicación era un poco lejana del centro histórico, el bus que nos llevaba estaba siempre llenisímo. El apto no tiene lavarropas, tuvimos que pagar lavadero. Las camas individuales no fueron cómodas, así como tampoco el sofá del living.

For friends staying there, it would have been good to an extra key. There were times we wanted to go to different places or only one wanted to go out and we had to coordinate coming home or get worked up to let the other in.

I recommend this apartment. - Excellent location, helpful host, cleanliness of apartment, thoughtful decoration of flat. Very user friendly furniture. Spacious apartment. Hot water was not always available or intermittently available. Flat door key operation was little complicated. Should be more easy to handle. We faced problem at some time.

• Marissel (1/5): Will never stay here again! - Spacious. Unfortunately, our stay at this property was far from pleasant. While the apartment was spacious, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, cleanliness issues, and unprofessional behaviour. Before arrival, I requested an early check in. The host never said no and repeatedly told me to let her know when we arrive, which led us to believe it would be fine. We arrived at 1.30 p.m. in the heat, exhausted and carrying heavy luggage, but were made to wait outside the apartment until exactly 2 p.m., while the cleaner was still vacuuming inside at 1.55. The woman who let us in was cold, unfriendly, and immediately demanded our passports in a very abrupt and rigid manner. Cleanliness was also an issue. The apartment had a very unpleasant smell, the plates and cutlery were sticky, and the kettle had floating matter inside. We did not feel comfortable using the kitchen items. I had also mentioned that an earlier check in would balance out since I was leaving very early on check out day, but that consideration was ignored. To make matters worse, we were falsely accused of leaving elevator doors open and told that a resident spoke to us about it, which never happened. We were extremely respectful and likely left the place cleaner than we found it. Even more concerning was receiving a message at 7 p.m., almost 11 hours after we had checked out, threatening us with a 200 euro fine over the elevator. When I asked the host not to threaten me, she told me I was overreacting, despite her message being completely uncalled for and aggressive. The whole exchange felt dishonest and unprofessional. We reported the situation to Booking.com, but unfortunately never received a reply. This was one of the most uncomfortable hosting experiences we have had across Europe. I would not recommend this property unless there are serious improvements in communication, cleanliness, and how guests are treated.

• Neil (7/5): Large flat 15 minutes to Colosseum - Very large and spacious, all good bedrooms and kitchen. 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. Not far to launderette and 22 minutes walk to train station . Outside impressive close to ancient aqueduct. Clean, cooking facilities, big fridge. 2 toilets and bathrooms. Very helpful hosts, providing instructions when arriving and leaving. Nice old elevator. Lots of seating. Great air conditioning. Showers were not good, not strong. No shower gel. No washing machine.

• Ron (7/5): Met our needs - We only stayed for one night to catch the train to the airport so this review is fairly limited . The apartment is in a lovely old Italian building with some lovely features Very well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms both with showers. The bedrooms have plenty storage. The furniture is old but antique and in fitting with the building , yes perhaps the sofa and seats could do with new cushions. We weren't keen on the area and would not have gone out later than we did but it is a city after all. There was no traffic noise in the apartment

Walking distance from the Metro, Colosseum and other tourist attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and she made sure every other day that everything is ok. She gave us information whenever we needed it. Can highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing.

• Miran (7/5): Nice property, rent a car... - The size of the house, the size of the rooms in general. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. Nice location not the best, because the egde of the central, so have some part close to the train station that is not comfortable to go on by yourself. The fact that the building was under construction, so on 6 am in the morning, it was people start working. So it's better to understand that before. We needed a taxi on the last day, and the owner didn't help much. We got stuck in the street with a lot of luggage and a baby for 40 minutes trying to understand how to go to the train station like this.... But besides that you have supermarkets and sites walking distance.
