You will be emailed and SMS check-in instructions at 1pm on the day of your arrival, in preparation for a 3pm check-in. Bright Escapes office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9:00 until 17:00. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

- michael (8/5): - Location.basic set up very good.very clean No kitchen facilities.no hot plates or stove.found camp gas hot plate in cupboard on last day.could have been better planed..no sink in living area near fridge.had to use butlers sink in bathroom..no recyliable bin.ony green and red.had to leave bottles on ground net to bin.
- Elisabeth (5/5): No kitchen, no Wifi - all looks, no substance - It is a beautifully decorated little house where the bathroom is bigger than either bedrooms and there is no kitchen… The kitchenette was non existent - the only sink is in the bathroom, the cooking appliances are in poor condition, the BBQ is on its last legs. There is no safe place to plug in the appliances - the only option is a narrow unstable surface where the coffee machine is. There is no WIFI. Maybe we should have checked the description more closely but we were very disappointed. We had to improvise with the limited appliances, or eat out more than we wanted.

- Marina (10/5): Amazing stay- if they could add wifi to this property I would stay again - This place is sooooo adorable and everything is well thought out, we were here for three days in the summer it was so beautiful! I should have read the listing clearly because this places only down fall is no wifi and no kitchen! Although it had everything to make do for a few days- like air fryer and portable stove top- with children I really appreciate a kitchen as we cook a lot over holidays.
- Christine (9/5): - Nice and clean beds were comfortable plenty of coffee and tea supplied. Many wasp nest outside under the eaves unable to have doors open. The A/C on occasion sprayed out water and was not that cold it did not cool the 2nd bedroom.
- Greg (8/5): Place was very clean, dishwasher would be good - Breakfast not provided in our booking. Nice quiet area,beautiful styling. In the second bedroom a side table would be good. I wear glasses & had no place to put them when sleeping.

- Kurt (10/5): The perfect getaway - An absolutely beautiful cottage, only five minutes from the town centre. Everything was very clean with heaps of natural light. We were greeted with a packet of biscuits, bottle of wine and some yummy jam! The facilities were excellent, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and bathtub were exceptional, and the fireplace was the chery on top. Thank you for an amazing stay, I would love to come back again! Nothing at all. Loved everything.
