Very nice staff at indian restaurant downstairs, very polite and helpful. If you want to have breakfast make sure until what time it is. We went 9.35am and they did not let us in, because breakfast was until 10. Again no information about that, not in the room or in tv. Also they dont refill the minibar, need to request it.

- Hai (8/5): Nice place to stay however noisy from street traffic. The hotel’s Italian restaurant was bad - Near Twin towers and walkable to restaurants near by. Courteous front desk members. Comfy room and bed My room is next to the main street and got noisy at night. The Italian restaurant inside this hotel was not good and not recommended We expected a high-end dining experience at this hotel's Italian restaurant, but it was a chaotic mess. The service members forgot our drinks and failed to follow up on requests. Worse, two out of our five meals arrived so late that the rest of the table had already finished eating. Even after escalating the issue twice, the staff showed zero urgency. The manager did eventually apologize and comped the two late dishes, but it couldn't save the experience. Way too expensive for this level of neglect.

- Monytha (9/5): Elegantes modernes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - Das Zimmer mit dem Kingsize Bett war sehr gross und modern. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung im Badzimmer war super, modernes Japan WC. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten jeden Tag 4 Flaschen Wasser gratis erhalten sowie Kaffee und Tee. Die Lage war super in max. 10min beim KLCC. Auch sehr einfach um Grab zu bestellen und überall hinzureisen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert. Nichts!

- Michael (8/5): A well-located, great-value hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms, slightly let down by an underwhelming breakfas - The hotel really shines when it comes to locatio perfectly placed for getting around and exploring with ease. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference to the overall stay. In terms of value for money, it’s hard to fault, offering a great balance between price and quality. The room size was also a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of space to relax comfortably. The main downside was the breakfast. While it was adequate, the quality and variety could definitely be improved to better match the otherwise strong standard of the hotel.

Классный ресепшн. В номере есть отличный фен и отпариватель вместо традиционного утюга. Отличный отель за небольшие деньги.

Номер - супер, небольшой, но все очень удобно и грамотно! Удобная кровать и подушки, что немаловажно! И шикарное постельное бельё! Очень близко к Петронасам, наверное максимум 10 минут ходьбы. Вид на них с балкона и бассейна. Бассейн просто ВАУ!!!! Также близко к остановке монорельсы, мы приехали на ней с аэропорта и на ней же уехали обратно. Персонал очень дружелюбный! всего 1 ночь в Куала-Лумпуре

- Lisa Katharina (9/5): Tolles Hotel und außergewöhnliches Personal - immer wieder gerne - Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei der Abreise hatten wir Ärger mit dem von uns bestellen Grab und alle Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr ins Zeug gelegt, um uns zu helfen und haben uns kurzfristig einen anderen Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und das gesamte Gebäude sehr schön und modern. Die Zimmer sind sauber, haben eine gute Größe und Aufteilung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Größe des Pools ist ausreichend. Spiele, Sonnencreme und Insektenschutz stehen kostenlos bereit. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Loungesofas. Die Rooftop Bar ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere der Mitarbeiter Faez war sehr freundlich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das italienische Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Der Blick auf die Petronas Tower aus dem Zimmer, vom Pool und Restaurant ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und eine riesige Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Man kann nach dem Checkout den ganzen Tag noch den Pool, die Duschen und das Gym nutzen, was wir super fanden, da unser Rückflug erst spät abends ging. Beim Frühstück gab es nur zwei Kaffeeautomaten zur Selbstbedienung. Einer davon war ausgefallen, also sehr lange Schlange für einen Kaffee. Man kann auch beim Personal bestellen, aber das dauert dann auch relativ lang. Generell war beim Frühstück sehr viel los, wir sind aber auch genau zur Peakzeit gegangen. Speisen wurden trotzdem gut nachgefüllt und alles wie gesagt sehr lecker.

- Frazer (10/5): Great spot for a night in Kuala Lumpur - The Hyatt Centric is a great place to stay. The staff were really friendly, the hotel is very chic. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The gym was decently stocked and the roof top pool was great fun. We also liked the roof top bar. Breakfast was really tasty with a lot of choice. There is nothing I can think of. The hotel is great.

- Sylvia (9/5): Enjoyable and relaxing stay - We stayed at Hyatt Centric for 4 nights as a family of three (including a toddler). We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the customer service which was always excellent. Since we have a toddler we were given a very spacious room which was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel has three restaurants with very nice items on the menu however there were no kids options at all except for french fries. We would have liked it if there were a couple of kids options on the menu which are not just french fries.

Pokoje byłe bardzo czyste a łóżko super wygodne - naprawdę można było się dobrze wyspać. Personel zaczynając od recepcji, przez obsługę na śniadaniach po ekipy sprzątające pokoje był bardzo sympatyczny, uśmiechnięty - tutaj zdecydowanie 10/10. Jedzenie na śniadaniu bardzo smaczne oraz różnorodne - przez tydzień pobytu mi się nie znudziło. Woda gratis dostarczana do pokoju - duży plus. Basen na ostatnim piętrze dość mały, ale wystarczający. Zawsze było kilka wolnych leżaków. Siłownia kameralna, ale można zrobić trening także tutaj też plus. Dobra lokalizacja - do parku KLCC lub wież Petronas 5 min spacerkiem. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Kawa na śniadaniu była słabej jakości, tak samo jak maszyny wydające kawę(strasznie wolne działanie). Miałem pokój na 6 piętrze i w nocy były słychać ruch uliczny. Są zatyczki do uszu w pokoju.
