• Marcel (9/5): Mooi appartement op een top locatie. - Mooi appartement, mooie locatie, helemaal top. Tegenover het appartement een bakker en een supermarkt op 300 meter. En 10 minuten lopen vanaf de Korenmarkt. En 5 minuten lopen naar het park waar de hond lekker kon rennen. Eigenlijk niets.
• Dominique (9/5): Top adres voor paar dagen Gent - Fantastische locatie, middenin het centrum van Gent. Supermodern appartement met top voorzieningen. -Erg steile trap en geen lift. -Op het toilet rook je alle etensluchten van het hele gebouw

• Ole Thybo (8/5): Very nice and well equipped apartment in Ghent. Service could be better - Very nice and comfortable as well as well equipped apartment in lovely lovely location in centre of Ghent. Issues with non-functional shower head was flagged to staff. Very slow reaction, and in the end not resolved despite staying 4 nights. Making shower experience every morning somewhat disappointing. Supply of toilet rolls - 2 rolls for 2 people for 4 day stay disappointing. Cleaning staff was asked if more toilet rolls could be granted, but initially pretended not to be able to understand the problem before finally providing 3 additional rolls. Problem is not if we can afford to buy toilet rolls ourselves, but the cheapness and sentiment of the experience. Room for improvement. General communication style from agency precise and to the point but not signalling warmth or feeling that costumers are welcomed.

• Johannes (6/5): War nicht schlecht, aber ich würde die Wohnung nicht unbedingt Freunden weiterempfehlen - komfortables Bett, gute Vorhänge, gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung Terrasse war nicht nutzbar, weil es überhaupt keine Stühle bzw. Tischchen dafür gab. Es gab kein Mückengitter, sodass wir etliche schlaflose Stunden mit Mückenjagd verbracht haben! Die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet: nur 2 Wassergläser, kein einziger Teebecher, wenig Teller... und zum Induktionsherd hätten wir eine Bedienungsanleitung gebraucht. An heißen Sommertagen, wie wir sie erlebt haben, wäre ein Ventilator hilfreich gewesen. Und vom Charm der Genter Häuser aus dem Baujahr findet man in einer solch überrenovierten Wohnung leider nichts wieder. Schade.
• J (8/5): - De locatie. En appartement was mooi ingericht, en groot. En was keurig schoon. Er waren maar 2 limonade glazen,was beetje weinig. En geen Nederlandse zenders op tv.

• Dzianis (8/5): Excellent renovated apartment in Ghent - Excellent renovated apartment almost in the center of Ghent with excellent furniture, all the sights are within walking distance. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. Also, excellent soundproofing, you will be in perfect silence. There are all the dishes, glasses, wine glasses and even a few capsules for the dishwasher. The Internet works great. No iron in the apartment and no possibility to order one (if you have wrinkled shirts - that's your problem). You may also be surprised by the requirement to leave an additional deposit from your card (a couple of hundred euros), which is not mentioned on the booking.com (will be returned to you 3 days after departure). There aren't at least a couple of coffee capsules. Some chocolate from previous tenants on the couch.
