• loumare (10/5): Enorme!! - La vivienda muy grande y cómoda, con mucho menaje y aparatos en la cocina con todo lo necesario . La zona bien y parking cercano aunque algo caro pero los chicos muy amables y enrollados nos lo dieron más barato. La comunicación buena con los gestores del apto. El escalón del baño dentro de la habitación.. en ese baño la tasa los tornillos de la tapa del váter se movían y era algo incómodo, la tele solo es smart tv y para gente mayor no saben usarlo

• Grit (8/5): Contenta - Muy amplio y limpio. El agua caliente no salía todo lo caliente que a mi me gusta.
• Maria (5/5): NO MUY CONTENTA - La ubicacion estaba muy bien. Centrico Para el precio que tiene deberia estar mejor cuidado, los muebles estropeados, el sofa se hundia, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, se nos cayo uba cosa debajo de la cama y la sacamos con pelusas, o sea muy limpio no estaba. Alquilamos para 8 personas y solo habia cubiertos para 4. Las toallas no las cambiaron ni un dia y solo habia una para cada uno. Deberian tener esos detallitos en cuenta. A pesar de tener ventanas para la calle no se oia nada de fuera pero el vecino de arriba no paraba de hacer ruido.

• Luciana (7/5): Bien, pero podria estar mucho mejor. - El piso está bastante bien ubicado. El tema de los códigos de la llave automática es algo complicado hasta que le agarras la mano. El piso es amplio pero hay bastante olor a humedad, más que nada en el living comedor. Nos provocó bastante alergia. Las camas tenian una manta muy finita (afuera hacia frio y llovia) en bastante mal estado y con olor a polvo. Le solicite edredon al anfitrion pero me dijo que prendiera la calefacción. La cocina es muy linda pero lamentablemente no funcionada casi nada: el horno no tiene bandeja ni utensillos para calentar. El microondas no tenia bandeja para apoyar las tazas ni platos. El lavavajillas no encendia. Si uno alquila un piso de 580 euros por 3 dias, en familia, se supone que tiene que tener utensillos para calentar comida ya hecha. No me gustó que la cocina no sirviera para nada. Me queje del microondas y nos trajeron un microondas con bandeja al otro dia. Hubiese estado bueno no tener ni que pedirlo. Se supone que chequean que el piso esta optimo antes de que entren las personas.
• Frank (9/5): I would come again - Very spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms, a diner, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It’s on the first floor with easy stairs or accessible by lift. It was a very nice place to stay, very clean and relaxing to be. Once you know how to open the front door and apartment door (via a website) it’s all easy, but it took me 10min to figure out how to enter. I received multiple mails, first with the website like and later with the link and additional explanation. It’s not intuitive what the button for the front door is and which for apartment. Beds are “OK”, not for a 2m person (but no back stop) and mattress is not too thick. Sound insulation is less. You heard the neighbours on the 2nd floor walking, cleaning or playing piano. Luckily the piano player (only during day) can play very well.

• Javier (10/5): - Facilidades para acceso, todo limpio, ordenado y las habitaciones muy bien El ruido de la cerradura y el tener que dar tantísimos datos a la empresa del apartamento
• Jose Ignacio (7/5): Good flat with a terrible opening system. - The house is big and well located in the center of Bilbao, with a small balcony and a big living room. The area has restaurants and coffee places around, is safe and easy to get to other areas. The system to get into the house is terrible. You need an app or a digital key, that sometimes doesnt work, and makes a lot of noise. To get into the house you need to ring the bell outside, and then use the key. Twice. So if you are a group of friends and some are sleeping and others are coming later they will wake up the whole flat. Also the first day the battery of the system fell down and it didnt work, someone from the agency had to come over with keys to open.
• Rodriguez (2/5): - Ubicación La ubicación del apartamento es buena, pero en general la estancia fue bastante decepcionante. El microondas no tenía plato, el horno no funcionaba y no había bandeja para cocinar. Además, faltaba bastante menaje de cocina, sobre todo cubiertos, lo que dificultó preparar cualquier comida. Las camas dejaban mucho que desear y la cortina del baño estaba muy sucia. Algunas persianas no se podían bajar correctamente, y una de las televisiones no funcionaba. Para colmo, una noche el sistema de entrada “moderno” falló y no pudimos acceder al apartamento durante un tiempo, lo que resultó muy incómodo. En definitiva, el alojamiento necesita una buena revisión y mantenimiento general para poder ofrecer una experiencia acorde al precio.
• Ivan (8/5): - Genial para estancias en grupos. Muy cómoda y espaciosa. Buena ubicación.. El sistema de acceso. Es un lío de narices y encima súper ruidoso. Para entrar abajo son dos puertas, cada vez que abres con la llave digital suena arriba el telefonillo y después para abrir la puerta de la entrada es un escándalo la llave autónoma esa que da cuatro vueltas para abrir y otras cuatro para cerrar….despertando a todos. Sino fuera por el sistema de acceso la casa sería un 10.

• Paul (8/5): - Lovely apartment in great location. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and ideal spot for walking around to see the city. Short walk to San Mames stadium for football fans! Access was a bit tricky with an app controlling entry to building rather than keys. Once we figured it out all was ok.

• Alicia (5/5): Check in a las 16;00 y salida a las 11:00 - La ubicación está muy bien y que el piso es muy grande. Camas muy incómodas, hay dos que se le notaban los muelles. La TV no funcionaba a pesar de avisarles, nunca me contestaron para arreglárnosla o darnos una solución. Tampoco tenía ni aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Y hacía 39 grados… no es lo normal pero lo hizo y el piso era una caldera. La entrada es a las 16:00 y eso que estábamos dispuestas a pagar algo más para entrar antes, no pareció muy muy tarde para hacer una entrada…. Lo normal es después de las 12 de la mañana más cuando a las 11:00 te obligan a dejar el piso.

• Catarina (6/5): Good location, but unfortunately dirty with poor conditions. - The location was great and the house was big. The house was very dirty. The bedsheets were dirty with hairs and stains. Apart from that, the house had a lot of dust and fluff. The heaters were full of dust, which was the worst because I suffer from rhinitis. We asked the host to change the sheets and clean the dust and kitchen, they sent a cleaning lady that changed the sheets but did not clean the rest of the house that was dirty. The water temperature was inconsistent tending to be colder. The main bedroom was very cold, even with the heating at 30ºC. The beds did not have blankets, they only had very thin quilts. We had to get the bed quilts from other bedrooms to sleep comfortably. Also, there was a lot of black mould in the house. In the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only kitchen board was really dirty and full of mould. Some of the blinders were not working, the tvs from the bedrooms were also broken or not working, only the living room tv worked. Some of the outlets were completely fire hazards because they did not have protection. Also, we found other guests belongings behind our bedroom closet. They were really dirty and full of dust. We found, clothes, accessories, makeup, etc… This was my worst booking or renting experience.

• Dino (8/5): huge - The apartment is huge, has four rooms. WiFi covers the entire facility. The part of the city is quiet. It should be written that there is a paid parking lot nearby. Bad instructions for entering the apartment. The fourth room was poorly furnished, there was no bedding, so we borrowed from other rooms .

• Kasper (8/5): Very good - .Situated in close proximity to the bustling city center, the renowned Guggenheim Museum, various shops, and a wide array of restaurants, the location of the accommodation offers convenient access to popular attractions and amenities. Easy parking at the Plaza de Toros. Easy and efficient communication with the host. The mattresses provided were uncomfortable, offering little support. Additionally, the toilets were constantly running, emitting loud and disruptive noises, which was particularly bothersome when trying to sleep. The internet connection was unreliable and of poor quality, causing frustration when attempting to use it. Furthermore, the scent diffusers in the room were overpowering and overwhelming, rather than providing a pleasant atmosphere.
