Tessa (8/5): The apartment is lovely but could benefit from a few small touches. A welcome pack would be good. - NA The keys were challenging to collect as the shop did not have the correct key in correct slot. We had to call the rep to help sort the issue
Allan (10/5): My stay was EXCELLENT. - Everything was absolutely FANTASTIC The scaffolding at the front of building but once you enter the apartment that is immediately not a problem! This apartment is extremely satisfying.
Deborah (6/5): Beautiful apartment but cold and uncomfortable bathroom. Not good value for money - Beautifully decorated, well equipped, modern recent renovation, great location. The underfloor heating in the bathroom didn’t work and it was very cold. We reported it immediately and had poor advice from the agent (twice told to replace the battery in thermostat - which was wired in and we could have been electrocuted!). Eventually told thermostat would need replacing and the owner would have to deal with it. Advised that the heated towel rail would be adequate of we kept the door shut. It certainly want . It was a big stone lined space with a huge sash window without a blind (raising privacy issues as it was overlooked). Quite poor given that I’d asked about heating prior to arrival given previous occupants comments about problems and was assured all was working. The property is very expensive given the advertised high spec which didn’t live up up expectations. No offer of compensation.
Joel (10/5): Exceptional - Loved how it was spacious and very welcoming when you first entered. A very cosy apartment to stay whilst in Clapham Old Town. There was no curtain on the window in the shower, it lacked privacy.
