Guest Reviews
- Obed (1/5): Extremely unpleased with our stay. I was embarrassed to have taken my friends and family into that property. I will neve - Beds were comfortable and close to the venue we were visiting. Terrible communication from property owner. From the very beginning it was an overall bad experience. There are multiple issues and I’ll copy onto here the message I sent to the property owner
We checked out earlier this morning but I just wanted to make sure I communicated the issue about the key. We did not have a key to ourselves which did not make us feel safe about staying at your place. Also none of the three keys located in the lock box worked for the wooden door. The place is not well taken care of and did not feel clean. Here is the list of issues or things that were not in good condition inside the apartment:
-poor communication for check in times and no follow through
-no key in the lock box opens the doors from the apartment beside the outside gate
-vase with moldy water and flowers
-tear on the blue couch
-bedside candle was almost finished burning with a red hair tie and penny inside the candle
-not enough towels for the 4 people that the room was booked for. No extra towels were provided on the linen closet
-dirty glassware in cabinets
-TV located in the bedroom has a white scuff mark on the screen
- articles from people who previously stayed found in bathroom drawers that are used, such as combs, brushes and lip balms
- no extra toilet paper and no hand soap
- picture in the bedroom was on the floor instead of hung up on the wall
-the portable AC unit in the bedroom next to the restroom the power cord is short and cannot reach outlet
- closet space is taken up by storing personal items
I have pictures and videos proving that these are the conditions upon arrival.
