• Tatiana (4/5): Deludente - Perfetta la posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi Pulizie praticamente inesistente e muffa in camera da letto!!! Per niente insonorizzato, la porta del balcone si chiude malissimo quello che fa entrare sia il freddo che il rumore!

• paolo (5/5): struttura economica ma con parecchie carenze - soltanto la vista pulizia scarsa, water con gocce di urina sotto la tavoletta e cucina con pulizia approssimativa. prenotato per 3 persone e mancavano le coperte e e gli asciugamani per la terza persona e ci siamo arrangiati. il divano letto per la terza persona è sfondato e scomodissimo. manca la tapparella alla porta finestra e le tende non permettono di oscurare la stanza dove entra la luce del sole e anche quella dei fari del porto molto potenti. rumore continuo delle operazioni del porto adiacente e della strada e i serramenti non aiutano a dormire bene. bagno con doccia aperta che si allaga durante l'utilizzo e water da cui esce acqua sul pavimento quando si tira lo sciaquone e non si riesce ad appendere il doccino per farsi una doccia normale. cucina con dotazione minima neanche sufficiente per il numero di persone che può ospitare. ho soggiornato in altre strutture altrettanto economiche ma di maggior comfort.

• Enache (7/5): Comfortable, a bit expensive and overrated. - It had nice view, good window blinds, comfortable bed and nice view of the port. It was self check-in. Big TV. Very good AC. It was noisy, dirty and not completely as presented in the photos. Not everything was working, like the blinds in the living room. The bathroom had hairs and there was a big old stain on the wall in the bedroom. I didn't even feel safe about the bed sheets upon seeing that.

The apartment is within walking distance to the sea, popular sites, numerous restaurants and markets. The host was always available for assistance and suggestions. Everything was great.

• Diana (9/5): Superb - Apartment nice and clean, communication with the landlord has been excellent, he is very helpful and careful. Good located very close to the town center and local amenities.
• Gerd (8/5): Very good - We were the first tenants in the room. It was difficult to find a parking space on Friday evening. The room is good if you orient yourself to the sign of the gynaecological practice in the house. The room is on the third floor. The equipment with fridge and kettle was sufficient for us. Super is the central location within the city. The road is a bit louder, but the view of the harbour is especially. The landlord is very nice and happy to give tips. One point deduction only for "childhood diseases", which will certainly be remedied in the future. We felt comfortable.
• Louise (10/5): It was so close to everything, the owner was super lovely and if I wasn’t leaving Albania I would have stayed longer. - Great place to stay!!! Everything was new and clean. Everything you need was in the apartment. I felt very lucky to have stayed here.

The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel very welcoming. Its location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk from both the city center and the seaside. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, which added to the convenience. I appreciated the option of both public and private parking, making it easy for those driving. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Durres!
