Guest Reviews
- Diggins (6/5): Great location, amazing views, but couldn't get past how filthy, dirty and lack of care in cleaning. - Fantastic location and close to all we needed. Great to be able to use the hotel facilities close by. The best part of the stay was the incredible views over the lake and Canberra. Loved having a Nespresso coffee machine. The appartment was filthy and dirty. The sheets were disgustingly smelly, stained and pillows were rancid. No mattress protectors or pillow protectors meant bodily odours from turnovers were permeated in all the bedding. A black layer of built up dusts and dirt covered the ceiling fans, so when turned on it sprayed all over the room and floors. Hand prints and smudges on all surfaces, windows and doors. Floors left feet blackened when walking over it as not cleaned. Broken lamp shade and wear and tear with no attention to detail in presentation and cleanliness. no air flow throughout the property so felt stuffy and claustrophobic. Such a shame as the place had potential to be an excellent stay as the views were amazing and location brilliant. Get a new cleaner, closer eye on turnovers and new fresh bedding.
- Angela (4/5): Average stay, left early as bed was so uncomfortable - Great location. Washing machine/dryer/coffee machine/coffee/cereal/milk was a a bonus. Uncomfortable soft mattress, light coming in the front window panel. Apartment looking tired. Broken shower head.

- Gary (8/5): Good value for a short stay - Well presented, great location Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Iron was dirty and the plate needs a clean. Dishwasher not installed correctly so the door falls open with force.
- Edward (8/5): Very happy with the location, came down from Sydney for the Canberra marathon - Great spot Minor detail but I think the dishwasher door might be broken?

- David (8/5): It was a great place to stay for New Years eve. - A small well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location. We had front row seats to the New Years eve fireworks. Wifi was very ordinary.
