• Jorge (9/5): - Apartamento limpo. Acomodações boas. Não podemos alterar a temparatura do ar condicionado da acomadação. Apesar de solicitado ao anfitrião, não foi possível alterar a temperatura. Algumas noites sentimos calor. Não acho coerente você não puder mudar a temperatura do ar condicionado. A temperatura mínimo é de 25º graus. Esse foi o ponto negativo.
• Kamila (10/5): Excelente localização. Ficaria novamente. - A localização da é PERFEITA! Praticamente dentro da gran via, próximo a restaurantes é bem localizada. Dando pra fazer a pé a grande maioria dos locais. A porta de geladeira não estava fechando direito. E poderiam disponibilizar o mínimo pra quando se chega, como por exemplo, uma garrafa de água.

• Muchnik (6/5): Ubicación perfecta . No tiene dos dormitorios tiene uno más una cama doble en el longing plegable . El depto es Chico pe - No contraté dos dormitorios y era un dormitorio y una cama en el living plegable. En booking decía 2 dos dormitorios y fue uno dormitorio y una cama extra . Me sentí engañado Decís dos dormitorio y no tenía dos dormitorios . Además éramos 4 y para bañarse se corta el agua caliente si se bañan dos personas seguidas . Y además cuando llegamos nos dejaron dos toallas para 4 personas . Después al quejarnos nos mandaron dos más pero la verdad no se puede creer estos detalles

• Anne (8/5): - Cette adresse est pratique et bien positionnée. A toute proximité du centre. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place. Pour une étape rapide de 2 nuits comme nous l'avions eu, c'est très bien
• Allen (10/5): Lovely apartment - Just a super apartment for 3 of us. Kitchen equipped, lovely bedroom, storage and clean. Beds were on the firm side, especially the storage bed in the lounge was so hard my mum ended up sleeping on the sofa instead

• Yuval (8/5): - מיקום החדר ממש מעולה , צמוד לגרנד ויה קרוב לתחבורה הציבורית הכל קרוב קרוב, הצוות מעולה עונה על כל שאלה בעייה ופותר הכל וזמין. החדר מאובזר בהכל אמממממ הבעיה המרכזית זה רעש אבל ככה זה בכל מדריד זו עיר חיה ואקטיבית וצריך לקחת את זה בחשבון. המיטה הזוגית ממוקמת בסלון מתקפלת מהקיר.

• Mei Yan (10/5): 完美 - Apartment 地理位置優越，大約兩三分鐘就能走到 Gian Via 站，到市中心鄰近景點亦可步行抵達，喜歡打車的亦方便，附近有多間超市和食市，住上一星期或以上也不成問題。Apartment 有家的感覺，乾淨整齊，個人認為很舒適，有廚房連所有用具，冷氣熱水爐都沒有問題，大廈有升降機方便搬運行李，有幾道鎖，感覺亦安全。 今次到西班牙玩了二十多天，在這裡住了五晚，這 apartment 是我在西班牙最喜歡的住宿地方，如果再來馬德里也會再回來住。 1，這裡非常完美，但不適合自駕人士，附近停車場收費會比較貴。 2，個人習慣蓋著被子睡覺，如果能有兩張更乾淨舒適的厚被子就更好。

• HORACIO HUGO (5/5): Hermoso departamento pero cero empatía de los administradores - Era cómoda y bien ubicada La atención fue pésima, sin empatía y displicente Solicité en varias ocasiones una respuesta a inquietudes del alojamiento y no respondían. El teléfono informado y el ws se indicaban como fuera de servicio y los malís los respondían tardíamente. Además cobraron previamente al ingreso una tasa por eventuales roturas que no ocurrieron e igual se la quedaron
