• STEPHEN (10/5): I have stayed in many accommodations in my travels around the world, and I have to say this was hands-down. The best exp - Excellent modern clean apartment, in a great location opposite stores. Nothing it was excellent.
• LeBreton (10/5): - Cheap and friendly owner who as become a friend after my 5th time. Hahaha Not everyone who rent a room clean behind there mess. They dont respect the place. They used de kitchen and didnt clean the countertop or the food left in the sink. This comment is about the tenants, not the owner or place.

J ai mis 10 minutes pour trouver la bonne porte. Autre chose, la cuisine avait une odeur desagreable, je crois que le proprietaire devra regarder la provenance de l odeur dans la cuisine pour resoudre
• Thương (5/5): The living room is nicely decorated - Location Cleanliness is poor in the room (not sure if the floor was vacuumed or not since still things on the floor and mat, dirt on bookshelves and side table, some weird stains on the blanket, and the pillows didn’t smell fresh at all. Very very old hand towels which makes me think about nursing homes). Unlike the description (I booked the one that mentioned “double room with balcony for 2 adults and 1 baby” but literally just a private room with 2 windows, no balcony). A smell like weed/marijuana from downstairs hit my nose right in the moment I stepped in (I’m pregnant and I didn’t like it at all). The main floor smelled good though. Noisy after 4pm til evening (people talking, cooking, cleaning). The place overall is good but need some more care

• Rebecca (1/5): I was not able to stay because of the poor conditions. - As soon as I walked in, I realized that I would not be able to stay. The house was dirty, blinds in bedroom broken and an overall uncomfortable feeling. I sent the host a message that was not replied to. I left after ten minutes and had to find somewhere else to stay, after paying the full price. Very disappointed.

• Stephanie (8/5): Je conseille pour un séjour professionnel. Un bureau est à disposition. - Le confort, le goût avec lequel tout etait agencé et aménagé, meublé. Le système de chauffage dans ma chambre etait peut-etre un peu aléatoire avec le radiateur mobile mais je me suis quand même sentie dans un environnement confortable. Le système de fermeture electronique est un peu compliqué à prendre en mains. Je suis restée dehors plusieurs fois. Les clés, c’est bien mais c’est peut-etre un peu Millenials de dire ça ? 🤭

• Stephanie (8/5): Our stay was comfortable, a convenient location for an out of town stay, and the price which included breakfast was grea - The area was a nice neighbourhood and because we arrived after dark, it was helpful that the house directions were very clear. It was convenient to have a later checkout at 2 pm as well. Lunch and dinner were also an option for an extra fee. I didn’t have anything I didn’t like

Étant donné que les locataires ne pouvaient pas sortir de la chambre que j'avais loué due aux mauvaises conditions météorologiques. Le propriétaire à été professionnel et je vais continuer de louer ses établissements aussi longtemps que j'aurai besoin d'une chambre à Moncton.

• Boucher (8/5): Pour un arrêt simple, c'est excellent 👍 - La facilité d'accès. C'est excellent pour un séjour sans se ruiner inutilement. Près des épiceries et de tout. Le seul mini bémol pour moi était que la température ambiante était un peu basse pour l'utilisation des services lors de mon passage. Par contre pour le prix offert on doit comprendre le principe.Mais pour la chambre on a le contrôle de l'ajustement, ce qui est parfait.

• Chelsea (10/5): Excellent Stay . Highly recommend! - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The host offers multiple accommodation options in both Moncton and Shediac, which made it easy to choose what worked best for my trip. Everything was very accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and affordable. Great value! I also loved the breakfast setup. It was “make your own,” but everything was fresh and well stocked: bananas, strawberries, eggs, toast, milk, and more. A really thoughtful touch that made the mornings even better. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

There was no TV in the room or even in the living room considering the need to kill time while the snow is pouring outside, it would have been nice if there is a TV inside the room. The owner promised to offer a room in one of his property that is closer to downtown where you could find a place to dine or unwind but he didn't show up at all which made my stay more boring. I wish I could have travelled to a different city instead. It was a very boring stay overall.

It was too late, I had already reserved elsewhere to get a location for the night. Get an email from the property owner before the day of arrival

• Harry (5/5): Overall, I was glad to be there and to meet (via texts and a conversation) the owner. - I had searched in the kitchen the previous evening, and was able to make myself a sufficient breakfast. At the time I was there, the place was not sufficiently well-maintained. I was in touch with the owner, and he was helpful, and at one point we had a long phone conversation, which I and I hope he also appreciated. Residents staying there helped one another out. The place has real potential, but required more attention. Some things which visitors will need weren't working well (a shower door in one bathroom, for example), but it worked out for me. The room was certainly big enough and fine for my needs.

• LeBreton (9/5): It's like having a 2nd house for me. - For anyone who want the best bang for the buck. I feel like home. You get very comfortable quick. Best part is you can stay till 2pm the next day. I gave a 9/10 cause nothing is perfect in life. Owner or any direct contact phone number in case of issues. Last time, I got lock outside in the morning cause the automatic digital door lock # wasnt working after I went to start my truck at -15°C. Good thing a good samaritain opened the door when I knocked at 7h am.
