- Vlad (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good and the flat is spacious The bed is extremely cheap and uncomfortable, even student dorms have better beds. Almost no TP, 2 people 5 days and had to buy additional TP on day 3. No whipes for the dishes had to buy ourselves. Couch and footstool were not deepcleaned and looked dirty. Lack of elevator can prove challenging for people with ample luggage

- Stavroula (9/5): Superb - Everything was really great. We had to call the customer service and they were really helpful. It is appr.25 min walking from the Duomo and we really enjoyed our stay. One very minor thing: the fact that we were 4 people, and the toilet paper was not much. We bought more the next day, but I would have expected to have at least 8 rolls. But as said, it's really minor and did not affect our stay there.

- Maria (9/5): Nice apartment and great location beautifully decorated - Nice decor spacious excellent location if you want to be close to Navigli There was not even one coffee capsule, no sugar, nothing of the basics. There was no extra toilet paper or kitchen paper Also it was not mentioned that it’s a walk up second floor so we found it a bit of a challenge with our luggage all the way up and down. An another thing? You cannot have only memory foam pillows, it’s very unpleasant for people who are not used to such a rigid surface
