• Anthony (10/5): Enjoyed the City - Made sure you watch a Real Madrid game. - Location was perfect, just off Gran Via. 4 male adults stayed and it was comfortable for us all. 2 single beds in bedroom and pull down double bed in living room. I liked the fact your key was on the phone app. All good
• Richard (8/5): Prima locatie, mooi schoon appartement maar met 4 net te weinig voorzieningen - De locatie binnen in de stad was TOP!! Weinig stopcontacten en slapen in de woonkamer zonder echte privacy

• Anne (6/5): Unnecessary phone call ruined the stay - Location was great right in the centre & no need to get any public transport but if you do its steps away. Lovely clean apartment with good facilities. Good instructions to gain entry. Beds comfy & it was clean. Was cold at night & couldn't figure out any heating. The main issue was the 2nd night we were there i received a phone call at 10.20pm saying that the neighbour complained of noise! Was told that there is a strict rule on noise after 10.30pm, we were sat watching tv on a low volume so no noise from us. We however heard the neighbours but didn't think it was out of the ordinary due to the apartments being close to each other.This made the rest of the stay uncomfortable because we were afraid to talk after 10.30pm. In the rules it threatens the deposit being taken if you make excess noise so this was a factor in why we were worried. Just to say also lots of noise in the night from restaurants etc outside which was expected as it is the centre. Won't stay again for this reason.

• Kiran Kumar (8/5): great location, and value for money - Location was very central - metro; shopping; cafes; areas of interest were all easily accessible. The lane was a little shady but no major issues there. Apartment was adequately sized for 3 pax...more would be a little too tight. Cleanliness was decent but could have been better. There seemed to be a smell of previous smoking within the room. Amenties were sparse.

• Alberto (4/5): - Me llamaban todas las noches a las 10:30 de la noche para decirme que estábamos haciendo ruido y ni si quiera estábamos en el piso, aparte no dejaron dejar las maletas hasta las 3 y una vez hecha la reserva te obligan a pagar 20€ por una especie de seguro o 300 de fianza sino no te mandan el código para entrar
• süleyman kutluhan (8/5): I would like to stay next time. - Beds are comfortable, The spaciousness of the room is great, Location is central ve close to Mc Donald's at Gran Via. Entrance with three electronic key locks. AC is not working properly. We couldn't turn on the heating because we couldn't control the air conditioner from the remote control.

• Abderrahim (7/5): - La propreté de l'appartement est impeccable. L'emplacement de la residence malgré qu'il est plein centre, se trouve malheureusement dans une rue d'une mauvaise réputation. Aussi l'absence d'accessoires de la salle d'eau notamment le porte papier hygiénique et le porte serviette.
• Carolina Benevenuti (10/5): - O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado, moderno, todo reformado. Camas confortáveis, bem equipado. Check-in super fácil e atendimento da equipe é ótimo. A rua é tranquila, com ótimos restaurantes por perto. A um passo da Gran Via e dá pra ir caminhando aos principais museus que ficam perto do parque do Retiro bem como para o centro histórico. Há um mercado super perto que facilita muito compras rápidas. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar aqui! É preciso se atentar ao gasto de água quente nos banhos e pra não molhar muito o banheiro porque a vedação está um pouco ruim

• Norma (10/5): Excelente, PERO TENER CUIDADO SI SE QUEDA ALGO NO APARECERÁ - Muy cómodo , seguro , a un paso de hacer las compras muy lindo todo Tenía un teléfono de juguete de mi hijo, es su juguete de apego y se me quedó en el filo de la cama de la sala enseguida contacté al alojamiento y dice q las personas de limpieza no han encontrado … IMPOSIBLE xq es super grande ☎️ tal cual la imagen grande y rojo…. Estoy segura xq no queria ocupar espacio en la maleta y lo puse encima del reposo de la cama BUENO NADIE LO ENCONTRÓ SUPUESTAMENTE Y SE PERDIÓ

All the main sights were within walking distance, which made getting around super easy. check in was smooth since the hosts shared the codes and clear instructions ahead of time. folding bed was fun to use, and the apartment had what we needed for a short stay! if you need need to wash your clothes buy the washing pods though.
• Zoran (3/5): 4 days acceptable, 3 days full of stress - Vey near to all places of interest Location very bad - outside a lot of prostitute and pretty dirty outside on the street. Contact with host not adequate. If you send a message through Booking site reply comes too late and in emergency situation you have to call by mobile and spent a lot of money for roaming. Unusual for us that host do not have contact through Whats`up or viber. We had an accident during our stay that late in the evening 11pm with boiler (water heater) leaking. We adviced property but nobody did anything or advice us before I visited host office the next day 5 pm?????? . Since boiler was leaking we did not sleep all the night taking care that water do not come in the room. Concerning security reason we do not think that boiler ( water heater) should be in wardrobe of sleeping room?

• Jason (8/5): Nice inside. - Good area, clean apartment. Very comfortable. The location of the apartment was good, close to Gran Via, the shops etc, but the street where it is located is sketchy at best. Apartment was clean, the street below, very much not.
