The room had a stylish design, a cozy bed, and all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, right in the city centre, which made it very easy to explore Rome. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Honestly, nothing major, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Beautifully furnished bedroom and shower room, and a handy kitchen area at one end of the entrance hall with a coffee machine. 15 minute walk from the metro, which is only an issue if you have lots of luggage. Inside the apartment block there is a lift, but you need to climb a short staircase to reach it.

- Lea (10/5): Really great value for money! I would recommend to my family and friends. - The property was conveniently located for my needs, it’s about 25-30 min away from Piazza di Spagna. There are different commodities around the hotel, like il Gianfornio, Castroni where you can get a typical and authentic Italian experience. There’s an elevator in the building and the room is spacious, very nicely decorated and super comfortable.

- Eleanor (8/5): Very good - Amazing boutique hotel! We stayed in a junior suite which was ample room for a party of three. The check-in process was seamless. Although I was granted an early check-in, the access codes for the building weren't working when we arrived. Luckily, we showed up just as other hotel guests were leaving and they kindly let us in. While the bathroom is on the smaller side, the hotel does provide good-quality toiletries.

- Jose (9/5): Location/Location if the Vatican is your are of visit - The Property/Hotel is located in a residential building 3rd floor. The Property was improved with very good taste and modern decoration. We were 3 in the room and the room was reasonable. All the communication was via WhatApp with good communication, and you will need a unique CODE to get into the main entrance of the building, the Property in 3rd Floor and room which is good for security purposes. If you want to stay close to the Vatican area this Property is a good alternative which is close to restaurants and little supermarkets. The bathroom is small and the A/C turn On and Off when the room get to the set up temperature.

- Katarina (6/5): Not a boutiqe hotel - This is not a boutiqe hotel, it is rooms incorporated in a house of appartments. No signs outside so pay attention to the address. When we arrived early on a Sunday, since our flight was early, the code to get in did not work. We had to call to get in. There was no stafff onsite so we had to leave our bags in the corridor a couple of hours until the room was ready. Otherwise the room was good, location very good, close to the vatican. The best was that the airport bus stop was 1 minute walk away. Since this is not a proper hotel the price is quite high.

Also the complimentary drinks were really helpful. the water sink and the tap had wrong positions so the water fell on the part of the sink that was not supposed to. It is not manned 24 hours so sometimes hard to get some services, such as borrowing a dryer.
- Ala&suavek (8/5): Looks better than it feels - Nice interior Comfortable bed Good location Clean This place is not a normal hotel, it is a sort of apartment that was divided and serves as a hotel. The room was very inconveniently designed. There was absolutely no room for clothing as all cabinets were filled with duvets which was quite annoying. There was also no space to put your belongings should you wish to unpack yourself (even for small items). The most annoying part was the bathroom. For a woman it was quite tiring to do a make up or hair as there is no space to keep your things. Even cleaning teeth was challenging as the sink was wrongly designed so every time you use it the water splashes all over the bathroom. Overall we expected more for the price tag.

All information was sent via WhatsApp for code access and pre-registration and paying taxes prior to stay. Lovely bed, room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and smart. I would recommend a stay here. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro (Lepanto). Plenty of dining options around, I recommend using The Fork app to look for deals around. I hope to return again some day.

It is located in an old building with a very very old elevator but going into the hotel property it was more modern, very clean and well kept with complimentary water, coffee and tea. We enjoyed our stay here close to everything especially the Vatican. They have a concierge in house during the day and a digital concierge through whatsapp who responds promptly. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
