Brian (7/5): not Owners fault but we were 2 males friends were stuck in a double bed. But it is an excels location. Sharing bathroo - Location near Enge Station and Trams. Near great restaurants next to figa museum and lake Owner was nice but thrifty. I understand it is an apt building but no tv and can only play stereo when no one is there
María (10/5): Very nice, affordable, and comfortable! - Very grateful for the welcome and for keeping an eye on us. The owner kept in touch with us to ensure that everything was fine during our stay. Mr Patrick is very kind and respectful. In addition, It was clean and big enough + we really liked the location, very close to the tourist area, lake , and very accessible to public transportation and great restaurants. ( The San Marco restaurant, just next to the building, is delicious and the host so so kind, he gave us recommendations where to go and how. Great pasta and pizza + wine). It would be good to be a little more specific with the instructions on what the building is like, the apartment number and how to pick up the keys in case, due to a fortuitous event, the guests do not arrive at the scheduled time.
