- Nicoleta (3/5): - Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the temperature inside was only 15°C and the central heating barely worked. We contacted the owner with a photo of the issue, expecting assistance. Instead, she responded in a shockingly rude and disrespectful manner, telling us that we were “not using our minds” and demanding that we leave the apartment — at 10:30 PM, while we had a baby with us. No guest should ever be treated this way. The owner’s attitude was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this place
- Antonia (10/5): Estancia maravillosa en ciudad de cuento - El apartamento es perfecto para un grupo grande ,muy limpio,preciosamente decorado y no le falta ningún detalle,Natalie ha pensado en todo para hacer la estancia en Praga maravillosa.Muy bien ubicado, cercano al centro, se puede ir andando o en tranvía .Tiene varios supermercados cercanos y está en una zona muy tranquila .Cuando llegábamos por las noches después de estar todo el día recorriendo la ciudad era como llegar a casa de lo acogedor y calentito que es el apartamento .Sin duda mi familia y yo repetiríamos.Muchas gracias Natalie.

The location of the apartment is as good as it gets in Prague everything is within walking distance or quick taxi ride. Top 🙌

- Colin (10/5): Great stay - Stunning central located apaertment. Everythink was clean. Oh btw all group appreciated lovely decoration full of funny stuff and jokes. I have to also mention that price was fully decent for such a big apartment.Ihaven´t met such a polite host as in this accommodation. Nikita is kind, warm and welcoming. I will definately book again. - Airon (5/5): Very aggressive and unpleasant owner - Overall good location, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Bright rooms and a kitchen with all that you can need for cooking. But not worth it because of the owner attitude and rude behavior. This experience has been enough for me to rate the property as 5/10. The owner was very inconvenient from the start of the communication. She was speaking very rudely to me and other guests as we were paying the tax and handing in the sheets with our personal information. She was clearly skeptical of us and was acting rude from the very beginning. But the worst happened after we checked out. She start insulting us and stating that we left her apartment in bad shape, calling us "Animals". We left the whole apartment very clean, washed the dishes, made the beds, cleaned the kitchen table. But one cup did break in the hands of one of us during our stay. The handle actually just off broke off as my friend started drinking coffee and because of the spilled it on himself. The cup did not break or crack, just the handle is now missing, so we did not have the heart to throw out the cup, so we washed it and put it back in the cupboard. she started bombing us with incredibly rude messages and threats about our check out. all in all, all of these points are very minor things and in my opinion do not even deserve to be mentioned, let alone being fought over and threatened. She was accusing us of stealing money from the "charity box" that is placed on the kitchen table. I would like to say that we definitely did not take any money from that box and it was empty before we arrived to the apartment. To be honest, we in the first place surprised that there is a box like that at all, we all saw such a thing for the first time at a rental apartment. In all honesty, it now seems like a another reason for the guests to be accused. So please if you decide to rent be aware of Natalie behavior, take a full video in detail of the flat when you arrive and before you leave.
- Lucy (10/5): Great staying in the city center - Very nice and very large apartment full of interesting decoration. Great location in the city center but calm and no noisy. We have hot bottle of of wine and bowl of fruits from host which was very kind :0) We had a great staying.
