Anu (6/5): Great location, responsive host, older unit, not value for money. - Location was great. Good cafes and restaurants around and downstairs to the unit. Good kitchen items (eg cutlery, plates, etc). Secure apartment. Host was very responsive to messages and questions. The photos made the apartment look a lot bigger than it was. Apartment was quite small, the balcony was unusable as it was covered in pigeon poo and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, the sofa was fairly uncomfortable, the bed is one of those that can be lifted and locked away and was in a little cubby which felt a bit claustrophobic, the TV could only be seen from the bed but the sliding doors in front of the bed blocked the view. To get the key for the apartment you have to go to a nearby convenience store which isn’t told in advance so when we walked and got to the apartment at our check-in time we then found out we then had to walk around and find yet another place to get the keys, which was inconvenient. Be aware that there is a $500 deposit amount which felt quite steep. Comparatively, did not feel like it was value for money.

Chloe (1/5): Bad - Nothing We were unable to collect the keys as the shop was already closed when we got there - we had no other option but to book another hotel. Terrible experience - don’t stay here. We have not received a refund.
