• Rodion (10/5): - Удобные, комфортные аппартаменты за приятную стоимость. Локация близкая и к центру и к двум вокзалам. В пешей доступности. Апартаменты полностью укомплектованы всей необходимой бытовой техникой и посудой Все понравилось.
• Anna (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, wystarczająca ilość miejsca, dobre wyposażenie: żelazko, suszarka pralka, zmywarka, kawiarka, czajnik elektryczny. Można było korzystać z windy. Bardzo blisko do dworca. Metro w pobliżu. Cicho i spokojnie w okolicy. Klimatyzacja nie dawała rady, było bardzo gorąco i duszno. Za mała ilość naczyń, trzeba było zmywać na bieżąco.

• Laura (7/5): Good apartment at an excellent location. - Excellent location, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apart is a 10 minute walk away from Milano Centrale and a 30 minute walk away from the Duomo. Nicely sized apartment, with a spacious shower and a big enough bed. It was really difficult to open the key box in which the keys were stored when we first arrived. Also would have been nice to have a foot towel.
• Renata (10/5): - It was my first time staying in these apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The place is compact and ideal for two people, with everything you might need: hairdryer, iron, ironing board, even shampoo and soap like in hotels. There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher, and the host thoughtfully provided a laundry capsule, dishwasher tablet, sponge, and dish soap. Everything was spotless: clean bedding, large and small towels, all fresh. The bed is soft and comfortable. The balcony and windows have shutters to keep the heat out during the day, and the AC works perfectly. We were especially grateful for the little touches – two umbrellas for rainy days, and a first-aid kit with plasters that actually came in handy! The location is also great – about 7 minutes to the metro, and there’s a pharmacy and grocery store nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and truly appreciate everything. Thank you again

• Neil (9/5): Lovely stay at Porta Nuova - Location is excellent for the station, Metro, and Bus Tours. Enough restaurants close by, even small grocery shops. Washing machine, dishwasher, hob and fridge were great to have. Nowhere to put your shower toiletries except on the floor - important for old guys like me who still use bar soap :-)

• Maryna (7/5): Good - Location, host. In December it was very, very cold in the apartments. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was blowing weakly and we used a floor heater, but the apartment did not have time to heat up and cooled down very much during the night.
• Gavin (9/5): Excellent location close to Milan Central with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in the local area - Locality and layout of the apartment. The entry instructions are too vague and need rewriting. The Wi-Fi is good, but it needs to be written down somewhere, not just on the router. The same can be said for the stovetop.

• Roberta (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment is on a quiet road and close to all public transport. Very clean and cute apartment. It was very easy to find and had all necessary facilities. I highly recommend it. It would have been better if we had more extra towels. Had to use the same one for the whole 5 days. Given it was summer we took frequent showers.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located very close to the central station, 30 minutes walk to Duomo Square, 5 minutes walk to a store and many different cafes. There is also a nice balcony overlooking the Italian courtyard. The apartment is quite clean, but could be better. There are different types of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oils and even balsamic sauce. There is air conditioning, but it was not enough on cold days, in addition, the radiator in the bathroom was broken. But the owner tried to solve this problem and always respond quickly. The curtains are all stained, it is better to change them. The cutlery also doesn't look very good. There are no cutting board, towels, sponges and dishwashing liquid, as well as dry towels on the kitchen. When neighbors open and close their doors, it seems as if they are entering to your apartment. Warm water lasts for 10-15 minutes, then you have to wait about an hour.

• Karolina (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, nearby the Central Station. The apartment is bright, tidy and comfortable.
• Andrej (3/5): Very loud, unable to sleep - The appartment is in a good location near the metro/train station and there is a parking garage across the street (25€ per day). The appartment was also clean. Although the appartment faces the inner courtyard, it is very loud and we were not able to sleep more than three hours per night as we could hear everything from the street and also from the neighbouring appartments (even small sounds like opening drawers were heard very clearly). It’s on the third floor but still the traffic as so loud as if we were staying on the street. In the bathroom, there is almost no space to put your toiletries, so we had to keep them in the bidet. The appartment is being rented by a company who sent a lady to meet us upon arrival, and she spoke very poor English and also poor Italian, so communication was difficult. She used google translate on her phone to tell us simple instructions. I felt sorry for her because she was kind and trying her best, but as a company you can’t afford not to train your employees to say a couple of ordinary sentences in English or Italian. Taking all this into account, 140+€ per night is a total rip-off.
