First and foremost, Sergio is a wonderful host who responds quickly and communicates perfectly in English. If your Spanish is not the best, this will be a big help. Besides issues related to the apartment, you can count on detailed recommendations about the neighbourhood – restaurants, clubs, etc. The list I got from Sergio impressed even my friends who have been living in Chapinero for some time, and I will be using it for my future visits. 2. The apartment has a high-quality washer-dryer. If Bogotá is part of your larger trip, this is a great convenience. You can refresh your wardrobe without risking any damage to your clothes. 3. There is a rooftop terrace with callisthenics equipment. If you are in the habit of moving around a bit, practising yoga, or simply want to stretch – you can do so in the fresh air without leaving the building. 4. Clear guest policies, allow you to enjoy your privacy while ensuring security. loved the neighbourhood, and for the future, this apartment will definitely be my first choice.
