• lia (4/5): Great place not so great attention - Clean and great location The owner was away and was not responding properly I am a woos when it come to cold and I couldn't raise the temperature of the room more than 23° It was very cold outside so i would have love to have a warmer place They had a coffee machine for pods but then they offered coffee in a jar that you need a regular coffee machine in order to use🤷🤦 And one again it would take him time to reply (i was only there 3 nights) So SUGGESTION if you are not in town have someone else taking care of your customer service 🙄

• Rakrose (10/5): Had a great stay—everything was perfect and I’d definitely come back! - The property is neat and exactly as shown in the photos. Conveniently located near Rogers Centre and Budweiser Stage. The best part? It comes with a parking spot! Will definitely book this unit again.
• Steve (7/5): Decent stay in a great location but the owners should devote more attention so it doesn’t just seem like an ATM machine - Great location and many shops and restaurants nearby. It was a nice little condo that needed some attention and TLC to get to the next level. A bathroom shelf had been previously broken or removed and not replaced and several prints seem to have been removed with the nails still exposed. The cable box and wires were also just sitting out on the floor when a small cabinet under the TV would have “finished” it off nicely. From a practical standpoint, there were no dish towels or paper towels or a drying rack which made it difficult to take full advantage of the kitchen. Bathroom door didn’t fully close and the lock also didn’t work. None of the above would have bothered us for a lower price point, but it was fairly expensive place and a little effort would have been a much more welcome retreat.

• Nayda (6/5): - Location is great for downtown Toronto. Apt floor was 35, too high had to wait over 30 min for elevators. The floors were not cleaned when we arrived. The bathroom tub had long hair all over it from the previous customers. And the key/fob was located over a block away from the building.

• Hassan (9/5): Amazing location right downtown, with a chance to experience what it’s like to stay in a high rise building. - Loved the view and the high rise aspect of it. It was clean and cute and had everything we needed. The elevators were extremely time consuming and the FOB key system can be a bit inefficient but these factors have nothing to do with the Airbnb owner!

• Rachel (10/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was well located. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
• Tricia (8/5): We had a great time visiting downtown Toronto! - I liked how centrally located this apartment was. There were no eating utensils in the kitchen, no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom.
• Newell (9/5): Overall one happy camper especially for the value and location - Close to everything downtown within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Feel like the lock box for the condo could have been easier to access and in a more private location on site or closer by. Immediately had a bad feeling about it until I found it's exact location.
• Stephw (8/5): Very good - The apartment was overall pretty clean and comfortable and the location was good. We had a couple issues with our key not being in the lockbox. We contacted the owner and were assigned a different apartment and that key was there in a different lockbox. Twice, our key fob did not work to let us into the elevator from the parking deck and then would not allow us to exit the elevator on our floor. We found a solution to this each time, but it’s frustrating when you’re on vacation and such inconveniences arise.
