- Andy (6/5): OK flat, host great, but some limitations for the cost. - The location was easy to find and getting the keys was easy, the host was very clear in their instructions. The flat was suitable for a few days. The wifi wasn't working during the stay, there are a lot of stairs so it's not suitable for anyone with a heavy case. Improvements could be to clean the bathroom including removing the mould on the silicon sealant.
- Nick (1/5): Falsely described as being on Chancery Lane; host refused to give me my money back when I raised it - The headline advert for the property records it as being on Chancery Lane: "Stylish One Bedroom Flat Chancery Lane". The road it is on is NOT Chancery Lane. Within minutes of confirming the booking I realised this and asked for my money back on the basis that I had been misled as I had intended to stay on Chancery Lane. The host has refused to give me my money back. The host has refused to provide details of their address for service of legal proceedings. Complaint raised with Booking.com and Trading Standards to be contacted. I intended to issue a civil claim on the basis of misrepresentation.
- Jessica (6/5): Good location and large apartment but felt very lived in. Sheets and towels were very old, need to be replaced. Check in - Great location. Big apartment, had a kitchen and living room Older, definitely could have been cleaner. Sheets and towels were very old should definitely be replaced. Says laundry is included and mention no dryer but does not no soap provided. Had to go buy own laundry detergent

El departamento se veía mejor por fotos.
Tampoco tenía wifi, por un error del servicio. Se ofreció a pagar datos sim, pero no es lo mismo.
Por otro lado, tengan en cuenta que el horario no es flexible, nosotros le pedimos ingresar antes y no nos lo permitió . Después de que le insistiéramos posterior a la hora de entrada nos dio el acceso.

Faltavam itens de cozinha para 4 pessoas, xícaras, garfos. Apartamento em andar alto sem elevador. Informações sobre localização não muito claras.
- Ece (6/5): Konumu iyiydi ama çok konforlu değildi - Konum olarak çok iyiydi, farringdon ve chancery lane metro duraklarına yakın olması avantajlıydı. 3.katta ve asansörün olmaması bi zorluktu. Onun haricinde yerlerde saç vardı, mutfak temiz değildi. Genel olarak temiz bulamadım. Yatak da rahat değildi.

- Nathaniel (8/5): Great!! Comfortable, would recommend - The property was in a great location, with an excellent check in process. It was well furnished with all the facilities that you would need. A 2 min walk from the central line and then just 2 stops (6mins) away from Oxford Street. The flat itself is round the corner from a number of good places to grab a bite to eat, or a beer - whether you are a tourist visiting the city or like me stay for a few days for work. I would definitely stay here again. There was only one issue with the flat but a call to the landlord was all it took and he was brilliant with the way it was handled and dealt with - hence why it deserves a great review.
- Tinnakorn (9/5): Simply perfect and so convenient 😊 - It sits in great location with just a few minutes walk from Chancery Lane (Central Line) and Farringdon (Elizabeth Line, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan line with near by bus service No. 19, 38 and 55 from Gray’s Inn Road to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. Perhaps a little high up with no lift but manageable.

But the description it’s no - Very close to the subway and very well located to visit London The description it’s not reliable. It must explain clearly that is at the third floor without elevator. And the sofa bed is definitely not for two people.

- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Ideally located, very comfortable, well equipped (kitchen equipment, bedding, shower, iron, etc.), very reasonable price. I 100% recommend this place for those who prefer the autonomy of an apartment rather than a hotel (which can be a bit pricey).
