Guest Reviews
- Mary (8/5): - Property was ok, great location to subway
Check-in and checkout was simple
Could be cleaned better,
- Anderson (2/5): - Please don’t rent this apt… it is very disgusting. I found sheets etc with food plus some white spots.
I never will rent any place from this company globalstay
- Tasandra (10/5): - This place was very clean and comfortable
- Francisco (10/5): - good, but messed up parking arrangements
- Dedi (8/5): - There was no extra blanket and pull out couch bed was too small for adult
- Jananey (4/5): - The apartment is fine, but the towels were extremely dirty. Bring your own. The washer and dryer were filled with sheets so couldn't do laundry.
It was a hassle getting into the building and inconvenient checking out as you need the pass to exit parking but then have to return the pass back in the room.
- Oksana (8/5): - It’s a beautiful space with high ceilings and huge windows. The only thing it can be a bit on a colder side during winter time. The owner though was super responsive and brought in extra heaters so that helped. I think this would be an awesome place during the warmer days.
- Kathleen (2/5): Terrible - Unit is in an office building; hot water ran out after 5 mins; TV did not have Netflix or YouTube as described. No laundry detergent for washing machine; fridge water dispenser and ice dispenser did not work. Unit was cold; washing machine and dryer extremely loud. Charged $10 a day for a second guest; $20 a day for parking. Asked for a second key for other guest who I paid for and was told it would be an additional $50 charge. As someone who spends up to two months per year in a hotel this is probably the worst experience I have had.
- Yosselin (10/5): - Everything is good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Weird place to stay. Not what I expected - It’s my first time booking at hotels.com. The room is nice and spacious but didn’t expect that the place is in an office building. Feels weird to sleep in an empty building. You can hear random sound from the ac which make it scary and didn’t let us sleep on our first night. We’ve been ordering ubereats but drivers don’t have access to enter the building after 7pm, we had to go down and walk all the way to the building entrance which is a hassle and also scary to walk in the building during the night. The washer is making loud noise when washing the clothes and you can barely hear anything but the noise coming from the washer. The rug in the washroom is dirty, doesn’t look like it wasnt washed and towels are old and have holes on it. There’s no handsoap, no one refilled it. There’s also a guy who asked us if he can come in to take a picture of the wall. We weren’t comfortable with it. On a positive note, the view is nice but that’s it. This shouldn’t be in an office building. Also the parking is so expensive. Had to pay $20 for an overnight parking, we stayed here for 4 nights. Definitely not booking this again.
