• Petra (1/5): Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft! Katastrophe! - Nichts. Wir sind am gleichen Nachmittag abgereist. Es war in allen Räumen ein unglaublicher Gestank.Uns wurde bei Betreten der Unterkunft schon nach kurzer Zeit übel. Die Wohnung wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es waren überall Staub und Haare auf den Boden und auf den Möbeln Gewürzreste. Im Bad war ein muffiger Geruch und das Fenstergitter war zugedreckt. Die Auflagen auf dem Balkon waren verschimmelt. Im Bad lag ein Schild auf dem Stand, dass kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette darf. Nachdem wir dann erhebliche Kopfschmerzen hatten, habe. Wir die Wohnung verlassen. Es wurde irgend etwas gesprüht in der Unterkunft. Wir haben dem Vermieter eine Nachricht geschrieben und bis heute nichts gehört.

Close to the town centre and marina. The toilet was upstairs which meant climbing the spiral staircase in the night.

• Fiona (8/5): Location, location, location - The location is what sold this property. The view is amazing and although we've stayed in many different parts of Puerto del Carmen over the years, staying here felt very different. It is so peaceful and tranquil with just the boats and the ducks. The property is very comfortable.The kitchen is fairly well equipped but lacks a few utensils. The shower was good and there was always loads of hot water. The street is very quiet but it is still fairly central. Communication with the property was easy and the agent was very obliging. Although he couldn't let us have a late check-out because of another booking, he did arrange for luggage storage for us which was very helpful. The wooden spiral staircase down to the bedroom wouldn't be suitable for everyone. It is a bit tricky to use. The wifi,which had been good, dropped out 5 days into our week's holiday. We weren't particularly bothered so didn't bother telling the agent until we were leaving so he didn't have an opportunity to fix it.
• Kerry (9/5): Lovely apartment. Lovely view. - Lovely location on the harbour plenty to see. The music from a nearby restaurant played loud till 3am.

• David (5/5): Decent apartment but.... - Easy check in, great location, great views, comfortable apartment, had everything you need. The bedroom is downstairs and the only toilet is upstairs, there is a narrow spiral staircase, which you need to be careful of when climbing, the wife tripped in the middle of the night and bruised her shin. I was given a late check out of 5pm, the cleaners arrived at 12:50pm, they phoned the owner and put me on the phone, he said he had a late reservation and was sorry and I had to leave by 13:30pm. I said, why didn't you tell me as soon as you got the reservation? He couldn't grasp the fact that when you change the check out time you need to tell the people that are checking out. The wife was out shopping at the time. I phoned her, she rushed back at 1:10pm to shower and pack. Very annoying and a sour end to the trip. Had this not happened I'd have given it an 8/10.

Great size aparment and facilities. We liked and enjoyed everything regarding our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.
