Jana (10/5): - Super lokalita, tramvaj za rohem, metro kousek. Čistý prostorný byt, milý a ochotný pronajimatel. K dispozici základní věci na vařeni včetně čaje, kávy a vody a džusu v lednici, to se často nevidí. Doporučila bych doplnit koš do koupelny. Také bych uvitala k žaluziím na oknech ještě zatmívací závěsy, ale to je spíše k doplnění komfortnějšího pobytu.

Στεφανοσ72 (10/5): Fabulous modern apartment, ideal for short or longer stay in Prague - I gave the apartment a perfect 10 since everything was more than ideal! Super spacious and clean, modern, comfortable, fully equipped and taken care of by a great and friendly host! Nothing was missing. On the contrary it was in excess! The super bedroom, the amazing bathroom, the enviable kitchen... Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and with the bus/tram stop at your feet for exploring lovely Prague! Maybe the shades on the windows could be darker but this is just personal. Overall, no negatives at all!

Andrej (10/5): Great option in Holesovice - Great option in Holesovice, spacious, clean, modern apartment with a great host. Bed/ mattress was very comfortable, beautifully renovated bathroom, and drinks in the fridge.... go and look yourself
Adriana (9/5): Nice and comfortable place, with very nice, communicative and helpful owner of the apartment. - Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and spacious roll-door cabinet. Coffee, tea, water and juice for free were nice, thank you! Public transport stops and food shops just turning the corner. There are some small details to be improved, to lead this apartment to a real perfection ;-). In the kitchen, I would appreciate wooden cutting board and sharp knives :) (knives currently available are too blunt). Despite there was an iron available, ironing board was missing, so I had to use bed for ironing, which was not very comfortable. In the bathroom, liquid soap would be better/more hygienic than a solid one. Thanx!
Joanne (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Spacious, quiet, extremely clean and beautifully remodeled apartment. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and plush duvets. Fantastic shower with strong pressure, lots of hot water, a large stall and handy shelf for soap and shampoo. Lots of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Good closet space with plenty of clothes hangers; having a washing machine was a real bonus. Fast wifi. Very reasonable price—excellent value for the money. Stops for several tram lines are just a 1-minute walk from the apartment in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Super easy check-in with the kind host Ludek who very promptly met us with the keys, found us a temporary parking space to unload our car and helped us carry our luggage. A full service operation! This host has thought of all the little details to make his guests very comfortable in his lovely apartment. Everything was great—no problems at all. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Prague and we highly recommend this property to other travelers.
