• Joseph (1/5): This place was a dump. Only stayed 20 mins and had to leave. Couch was broken, beds were stained - Broken glass in the carpet. House was so dirty. Beds were stained and had black hair in them. Left after 20 minutes and haven’t been refunded.
• Aaron (7/5): Overall a nice place to stay. - Location, quiet and the quality of the unit. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom did not work properly.
• Jenn (8/5): A great unit for a weekend away. - It was a good layout and size. Beds were very comfortable. The extras outdoor hot tub, fire pit and bbqs were nice to haves. Loved the stock of kitchen items. The owner was very very responsive and great to work with. Access to the unit is a little hard with baggage and stairs. It was fine for us but a long way to carry items & then about 10 stairs. The front door lock was touchy had to triple check it worked and the automatic hinge needs adjustment.

• Melissa (9/5): Fun in Banff - Very clean and everything we needed was there. The host was very responsive when we had question. The 10 digit code was a bit cumbersome but it did work.

• Adam (7/5): Nice little place. - The place was nice itself. It had a full functioning kitchen. Easy parking. The place was extremely hot when we arrived. Turned the heat down, but it seems the place doesn't cool down. We were sweating all night and had to open the windows. The free-standing fan needs to be replaced, and the blinds could use a deep cleaning. The management company needs to fix the steps outside as it's a hazard and have a better snow removal company.
