• Michael (9/5): Convenient for seeing the historic area of Madrid. - Location was excellent for the central area which was within walking distance. Metro was close but best to use Ventura Rodriguez as unlike Plaza de Espana there are no steps. There was a Carrefor Express very close and plenty of Cafes and restaurants near by. Very quiet. This was really a studio apartment not a 1 bedroom. Lacks a view from the window.
• Marcelo (9/5): Muy buen apto, bien ubicado y con la asistencia de Iñi en forma permanente. - La ubicación es muy buena con acceso al Metro muy cerca! Apartamento confortable con buenos servicios! Muy buena asistencia de Iñi, siempre atento !!! La cama con un lateral contra la pared no resulta cómodo. El resto todo OK.
• dsucevic (10/5): Nice small apartment, with excellent position! - Very nice small apartment, with everything one can need during short stay. Position was amazing, in the small quiet street, few steps away from Plaza de Espagna. The host was very friendly, solved all our additional needs!

• Gergely (10/5): Remek, csendes, tökéletes elhelyezkedésű szállás - Jó atmoszférájú, hangulatos, csöndes, tiszta és praktikus szállás remek helyen, közel a metróhoz, és sok hangulatos, helyiek által látogatott bárhoz, étteremhez közel. Bolt a sarkon. Hideg időben voltunk, de volt fűtés, nem fáztunk. A fűtés vízáramlása kicsit hangos.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto (cucina , televisione, lavatrice) per poter soggiornare comodamente a Madrid. Assolutamente raccomandato. Tutto perfetto.

De nombreux restaurants, grandes enseignes pour le shopping et lieux emblématiques se trouvent à proximité. L’appartement est bien équipé, confortable et idéal pour une ou deux personnes. Excellent point de départ pour profiter pleinement de Madrid !

• terry (9/5): Ik reisde met mijn dochter, we hebben genoten van dit prachtige appartement met luxe voorzieningen! - Een prachtig appartement met een luxe uitstraling. Badkamer voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prima locatie! Er valt niks te bedenken, was gewoon fantastisch!

• Valeria (9/5): Superb - The location is superb, very nice surroundings and close to the city center, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The apartment itself was very comfy, clean and cosy. I particularly liked the bed, and the amenities - the kitchen, the dishwasher and the washing machine came in handy. The late arrival costs additional 20 euros, I couldn’t find this information on the website, but was informed by the host beforehand. Also not a drawback in particular, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage consider that it is located up a stairwell if you’re arriving via Plaza de Espania metro station.

Plenty of restaurants around, lots of public transport options (if you can figure out the train system - which is easy within the city region) Beautiful and modern apartment.

He was very responsive in providing all the help we needed. The unit is as the photos show it. The location is just fantastic! very close to the Metro and the city center. We'll definitively keep his details for our next trip to Madrid. Nothing.

Finally when we called the person who is the main contact in booking he explained to us and they brought a second towel. The shampoo was not provided but only body wash gel and soap for body

It’s just a two minute walk to Gran Via and the city center. I highly recommend booking this apartment. Was indeed so lovely. Nothing.

The room looks into an interior courtyard and is therefore rather dark. The shower flooded, due to some plumbing issue. They did not provide a few basics like cleaning supplies for the kitchen (dish soap, for example) which I would have appreciated.
