• Huan (9/5): Beautiful old building very near subway stops in a quiet neighborhood - Spacious apartment with access to a washing machine. A very nice bathroom, that didn’t smell bad! So close to supermarkets and green grocers. So close to a couple of different subway line stops - so easy to get to where we wanted to go in Barcelona. Beautiful old building in a quiet neighborhood that feels exceptionally safe. There is minimal sound insulation (as you’d expect in a beautiful old building), and some guests were quite active even late at night. There was a dishwasher, but no drying rack or drying towel for washing dishes. The beds were too soft.

• Cristian (5/5): In short, not worth the money! - I can say that the location of the building was relatively ok compared to the main objectives, especially since we knew in advance where we were going. The apartment has nothing to do with the pictures. This is probably how it looked 15 years ago! Quite worn out furniture. Urgently needs renovation - the tiles were moving throughout the apartment. For cleanliness, I can't give it more than a 4 out of 10! There were areas around the house where shoes stuck to the tiles.

• Helen (3/5): Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend - There was clean linen and towels The property is not well maintained. The floor had a number of broken and loose tiles which made it hard to walk in some areas. The floor had also not been washed in a while with clear dirty marks all over. The lounge window/shutter did not shut properly so it was very noisy from the lobby and other apartments. The external door squeaks when opened and closed so you hear everyone come and go. Bedrooms are located on the road side which have bin collections at 2am. Shelves in the lounge are damaged and are falling forward off the wall. 1 electrical point in the kitchen appeared unsafe to use.

• Veronika (9/5): - Apartmán je velký, čistý, jen v menší ložnici je brzy vydýcháno. Měli jsme připravené i tablety do myčky a čaj. Je to kousek od různých linek metra, v okolí je spousta možností, kde se najíst. Byl slyšet hluk z chodby a z ostatních apartmánů a vstupní dveře do budovy.

• Andrea (8/5): Ottimo, ma niente reception - Sulla casa niente da dire, pulita e ordinata. Ottima la posizione, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e con la Sagrada Familia. Il fatto che non abbia una vera e propria reception può essere un problema. Abbiamo cercato di avvisarli che saremmo arrivati prima e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare, anche di poco il check in. Tuttavia, non è stato possibile perché è tutto gestito da un sistema computerizzato, il quale sblocca fisicamente la porta di accesso allo stabile un minuto dopo e non prima dell'effettivo orario di check in. Questo si riflette anche se c'è qualcosa di mal funzionante all'interno dell'appartamento: bisogna chiamare un numero, il quale ti collega con un operatore che, molto gentilmente, risolve il problema e chiede al personale delle pulizie di rimpiazzare ciò che non va (nel nostro caso un asciugacapelli), ma tutto ciò non è immediato.
• Jasmine (3/5): - The lay out of the apartment No staff, Loud Guests in other rooms shouting and dragging furnature accross rooms banging on doors all hours of the night and banging main door when going in and out early hours of the morning this caused lack of sleep and ruined our trip due to us being so sleep deprived and no staff to complain to very uncomfortable matress, cockroach in the hallway outside our room that the cleaners were made aware of and they just left it there, Hot tub was not in use and we were not made aware of this prior to our visit which was very disappointing. No English channels on tv and no option to link phone to cast onto tv either

Muy rígidos en la hora de entrada ( a las 15h) y solo te dan opción de que cojas por tu cuenta un locker. por lo que tuvimos que sumar al precio de la noche la taquilla.

• AUDREY (5/5): Sombre et mal équipé - L’emplacement proche de 2 stations de métro était pratique ainsi que les quelques commerces à côté Le quartier était calme L’appartement était au niveau 0 et était en fait un 1/2 sous sol donc très sombre. En journée il est nécessaire d’allumer toutes les lumières, ça ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de l’annonce, très lumineuses (sans doute des appartements aux derniers étages). Les équipements étaient très limités, pas de cafetière (j’ai réclamé par mail on a refusé de nous dépanner d’une machine à dosettes) et l’appartement assez vétuste Au final: trop cher pour ce qui est vraiment proposé

• Rolando (6/5): Not that bad. - The location of the apartment is really good. The hosts are really nice and they were really helpful to aid in any issue we had. It was really easy to enter, and the comfort wasn't that bad. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed there was a crack on the ceiling and there was a leak. This was strange because this should have been noticed when the apartment should have been cleaned before we arrived which was really strange that they didn't notice so we had to get a new accommodation of the same building that took longer than it should to resolve. I think that the cleanliness should be better and attention to these kind of details should be taken more into consideration by the host.

• Lynda (8/5): Spacious apartment in a very good location for the main attractions - We liked our spacious apartment, well laid out, ideal for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. An extra bonus was the rooftop patio, which had plenty of seating and good views. We felt it was closed too early in the evening. We used the taxi service with the Free Now app, taxis arrived very quickly and were good value for four persons. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets locally. Instructions to use the microwave/convector oven would have been helpful. The TV had no English channels. The pool was not open until after May/June, my granddaughter was very disappointed. Unfortunately I didn't see this at the time of booking. We did manage to visit the local beach instead!

• Giordana (8/5): excellent séjour je recommande cette adresse...j'y reviendrai sans problème - très bonne situation, quartier calme, immeuble et appartement propres et bien sécurisé le plus : la terrasse au 5ème avec la vue sur Barcelone literie confortable il manque des verres à eau (3 verres pour 4 personnes) une cafetière électrique à dosettes individuelles serait plus adaptée qu'une grande cafetière à café moulu il y a une poignée de chambre à revoir (une vis est partie) je regrette un peu que tout se fasse en ligne...un interlocuteur du coin serait un plus!!!

• benoit (8/5): je recommande le logement - appartement idéalement situé, à 10 min à pied de la Sagrada Familia, proche du métro (5min à pied de L5), supermarché très proche (2min à pied), terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble (5ème étage) pour prendre son petit déjeuner et apéritif. seul bémol, notre appartement est au RDC et du coup, beaucoup de bruit la nuit juste devant la chambre. Il faut aussi mentionner que pour mettre la hotte aspirante, il faut la tirer vers soit.

• Masanori (7/5): Very good location to access from/to everywhere - Very good location. It only took 5 minutes on foot from the metro station, and also took about 15 minutes on foot to Sagrada Familia. The room was quite big and clean, also everything was equipped in the room, like kitchen, refrigerator, dish washer, etc. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it's very easy for us to prepare it by ourselves, and also it's very convenient to find supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. Unfortunately, our neighbour was not so nice. They played music and talked very loudly in the room just next to our bed room at night! I was wondering why the noise warning system did't ditect their noise, as it was really a time to warn them.

• Vidmantas (6/5): Good location and easy access, but cleanliness, noise, and maintenance issues made the stay disappoi - It was easy to unlock all doors on the phone or using keypad code We recently stayed at this apartment and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, access was very convenient — the doors could be unlocked easily using a phone or keypad, which made check-in smooth. The location is also good, with about a 15-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, making it a practical base for exploring the city. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The floor was dirty and sticky upon arrival (see image), which immediately gave a poor impression. We also encountered a large cockroach in the room, which was very unpleasant. The windows offer virtually no noise insulation, so outside sounds are clearly heard throughout the night. In addition, the radiator was noisy, making constant knocking sounds that made it difficult to sleep — we had to use earplugs. Basic supplies were lacking: for four people, there was only one and a half rolls of toilet paper provided, which is simply not acceptable. We had to purchase more ourselves. The sink and shower also drained very slowly, likely due to a blockage, which made using them inconvenient. Although the living room area is nicely styled, the rest of the apartment feels outdated and in need of investment. Overall, the property is significantly overpriced — €600 for three nights for four people does not reflect the quality provided. In summary, while the location and access system are strong points, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of basic provisions make this apartment hard to recommend at its current price.
