Et très bonne réactivité de l'hôte . Merci pour tout . Je dirais juste installer une VMC dans la salle de bain pourrait être une bonne idée . Et un ou deux jeux de société en libre service pourquoi pas ? Mais vraiment c'est pour chipoter . Vraiment incroyable.

• ALI (10/5): Best Experience - Excellent apartment and an amazing stay. The location was absolutely perfect . right above a large supermarket and very close to the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora, which are among the most important places to visit in Athens. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy, and peaceful. There was no noise at all, and everything felt very comfortable. The host was very kind and clearly cared about making sure everything was perfect. Every detail had been thought of, even things like an iron and welcome snacks. The TVs in every room and the living room were excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was absolutely nothing wrong. Everything was perfect, and it became one of our best trips. A truly lovely and memorable experience. Thank you so so much .

A lot of restaurants around, small market just downstairs unfortunately appartement has poor isolation and windows (even though they are double). We could hear traffic all the time; noises from above and next door apartments

• Luzi (9/5): - Die Lage ist toll und die Ausstattung ist super. Was ich mit meinen Locken ganz besonders toll finde: ein Föhn mit Diffuser😍. Vielleicht eine kleines Itüpfelchen: Die Ausstattung ist im “typischen cleanen Ferienwohnungsstiel”. Alles okay neu nicht abgenutzt aber eben auch ohne Charakter. Aber wie gesagt das ist schon alles total gut so wie das ist.

• Nicoleta (10/5): We would definitely recommend this property. - The apartment is clean, nicely presented and has everything you need for a short stay such as ours. It is close to Acropolis, in a very nice area, with restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same block. Our questions were answered promptly and we appreciated it.

• Monika (10/5): - Pôvodne sme hladali hotel, ale tento apartmán nakoniec vyhral na plnej čiare. Krásny, čistý, plne vybavený apartmán, s dvomi izbami s pohodlnými postelami na skvelom miete, hned vedla promenady s reštauráciami, barmi, stánkami so suvenýrmi a hlavne kúsok od Agory a Akropolisu. Komunikácia s ubytujucim bez problémov cez správy, klúč od apartmánu v bezpečnostnej schránke pri vstupe. Menší supermarket asi 20m od vchodu. Ak majú možnosť, dovolia vám ubytovať sa skor. Poloha apartmánu aj samotné ubytovanie nám veľmi spríjemnilo celkový dojem z Athen, takže sa tam určite vratime. nič, čo by sa dalo vytknut

• Ioannis (10/5): The perfect apartment to visit Athens - The place was perfect from all aspects. It is located in a great location for exploring the center (especially around Acropolis area) but still it is in a quiet area without bars etc. (hard to find in Athens). Cafes and restaurants are all close by and the metro station just 6 minutes away. Monastiraki area also reachable by foot very easily. The apartment itself is very comfortable (two bedrooms + living room) and kitchen equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and most importantly, the owner reacted immediately to any additional request we had, which made a big difference for us. I am visiting Athens very often, and I will be coming back to this apartment in my next visits, for sure. Nothing

Nuestro vuelo llegaba a Atenas a las tres de la mañana y no tuvimos ningún problema para el check in porque nos dejaron las llaves en una caja fuerte. Nos dejaron agua, zumo y desayuno para el día siguiente. Ademas, la ubicación era perfecta, en pleno centro. En resumen, un 10 rotundo Nada, todo fue estupendo

• Sorayda (9/5): Would recommend. - Nice apartment near Thissio metro station and Monasteraki square. Convenient location . Building is dark at night. You have to press a button in the lobby/ hallway to temporarily turn the lights on . I know they are being energy conscious but maybe sensor lighting might be a better option.

• Delphine (9/5): Excellent séjour à Athènes - Excellent emplacement, proche de l'acropole, du métro et de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable avec 2 chambres avec de très grands lits. Un peu de bruit de l'appartement d'à côté dans la journée mais très calme la nuit et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres mais pas trop grave car elle marchait dans le salon et dans l'autre chambre donc ça suffisait à rafraîchir tout l'appartement.

The apartment was immaculate and spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect, walking distance to many top attractions and fantastic restaurants. Plus, the shower water pressure was amazing! We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities that were left for us. Our host was super responsive and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough, 10/10 would stay again!

Small supermarket by the corner, delicious breakfast in nearby Mikromeria Athens cafe, luggage storage boxes 2 min by walk if you want some more freedom after checkout and before travelling to the airport (lockers4all). • Lawrence (8/5): Love the location - Location—you can walk to metro and most tourist sites; grocery store down stairs; a local bakery, a barber/salon shop, and cafes and restaurants are literally a block away in either direction. Checked in late so it was nice to have water and OJ in fridge and coffee in the morning. Good amenities, including loofahs, hair conditioner, comb, dental and shaving kits and slippers. This is beyond the owners control but there’s an ongoing renovation work of the empty apartment next door and we can hear people working late at night. Dirty floors. However, there were slippers and that helps.
• Vita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the Acropolis. A grocery store is nearby, and there are several restaurants in the area. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony, which made it a practical choice for our stay as a family of four. The key pick-up process was straightforward, with clear instructions. We particularly appreciated the full blinds on the windows, which made the rooms more comfortable for sleeping.

The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The location is very good and the neighbourhood is not noisy. It has all the necessities needed to make your stay comfortable and smooth. There is a small grocery store just around the corner, a larger one a couple of blocks away, and an amazing variety of restaurants in less than 5 min by foot. Recommended!

The location was ideal, just a short walk to Theisio Metro Station, which made exploring Athens easy and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The double beds were extremely comfortable, with two pillows for each of us, ensuring a restful sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for preparing meals for the family. I highly recommend this apartment for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Athens. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
