• Nadia (2/5): Plus jamais, si nous avions pu, nous aurions fui ! - La seule chose appréciée, est la localisation proche de la Sagrada. Rien d'autre de positif sur le logement. Beaucoup de choses à dire sur ce logement qui lorsqu'on arrive, on a très vite eu envie de partir. Ménage très très mal fait, cheveux partout dans l'appartement, sol sale et mal lavé, idem pour la table du salon qui était pleine de crasses de nourriture d'autres locataires. Taches sur la literie, sol plein de poussière derrière les lits, interrupteurs sales, murs sales. bref tout était sale, si vous souhaitez séjourner dans un appart qui est juste "propre" sur les photos, allez y ! En tout cas, louer un logement à ce prix pour faire dormir les gens dans un endroit aussi peu entrentenu, c'est très limite. Si nous avions pu partir et annuler la réservation nous l'aurions fait mais impossible d'obtenir un remboursement. Bref, futurs locataires, vous êtes avertis de l'état de cet appartement SALE.

Apartamento para cinco personas solamente un rollo de papel de váter del papel barato de los chinos eso para cinco personas dos días la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear se suponía que era para cinco personas pero solamente había cuatro sillas un poco también raro toallas de mano y de ducha solamente para un día gel de baño y champú solamente para un día era un apartamento para cinco personas porque pagamos los cinco más de 500 euros dos noches y solamente había cubiertos para cuatro pero lo más fuerte es lo del papel de váter con lo que cobran simplemente un rollo de papel de váter para cinco personas dos días y encima papel de váter comprado del chino del más malo que hay todo ganancia tú el check-in nos cobran 25 euros que no sé si es muy lejano porque no dieron ni factura y la tasa turística sin que hay que pagarla pero tampoco nos dieron factura no sé un desastre prefiero mil veces hotel un poco más caro sí pero todo hecho

• K (10/5): Exceptional - Pictures didn’t even do it justice. I expected it to be cramped but it was spacious for the great location. Also has a lovely smoking balcony with an amazing view of the Sagrada Família. 6 of us stayed here and it fit us in perfectly. Also the kitchen and eating area is spacious so it was lovely to enjoy meals together each day.
• Katya (8/5): Spanish Adventurre - The host was perfectly good with timing and giving me the key. Check out was well organised too. Location is top - a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 5 minutes frof Sagrada Família - safe area. The thing that I didn't like is that it was too noisy in the evening and not from outside as usually around the restaurants, but inside the building. (from neighbourhood)

• James (1/5): Not worth it. - Very few positive things to say, it was near the Sagrada Familia and the mattresses were not bad. Filthy. Mould and damp in areas. Kitchen lacked an oven and smelled of raw sewage. The heating was nonexistent. The noise from neighbours was excessive.
• Vladimira (1/5): THE WORST - Absolutely nothing!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER BOOKING THIS APARTMENT We have booked and PAYED for the apartment more than 4 weeks before our trip and we tried contacting them via the booking chat and email several times...there was no responce for 3 weeks. We received a simple text 1 week before the arrival saying: "you can't stay with us so you can go to *another apartment*" with zero explaination and after my many attempts of understanding the situation i got that they were overbooked so they transfered us to that other place. They made a reservation with my PERSONAL DATA without even my confirmation first and i received a text on whatsapp from the ither place that THE RESERVATION I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE WAS COMPLETED¿? They never even apologiesed once for this absurd situation, and i had to BEG for them to respond to my messages and send me pictures of that place where we had to stay. Of course they took hours to respond to simple questions. The new place looked nothing like the one we had chosen, it was way way worse...I honestly am so dissapointed with that whole situation and would 100% NOT recommend that to anyone!!!
• Marina (6/5): Poor customer service, the apartment needs some renovations. - Location was great, very close to the metro. The living room was a cozy common area They arrive 45min late to our meeting to hand in the keys. they didn´t know how to switch on the heating and the house was very cold. they suggested us waiting there several hours, or returning after 2-3 hours to check if it was still not working. We go there to visit the city , not to spend half a day in the apartment checking if the heating works or not. They solved it after several phone calls and messages. There was a water leak in the kitchen, the floor was weet all the time They only gaveus 1 ROLL OF PAPER for 4 people during 3 days, and ONE tiny champu and gel bottle (hotle style) to share for 4 people during our whole stay. Once again, we had to use our holiday time to buy toilet paper and soaps. apartment is very noisy, you can hear all the neightbours opening the sink or taking a shower.
• Louis.gamor (7/5): Good - It was a very cozy flat with a beautiful location close to the Sagrada Familia The washing machine in the flat had very old detergent in it with a pungent smell. The washing machine was not working. The lights at the dining area were also not working.

• Kincade (5/5): great location but for the money was not a good value - location was excellent close to bars and restaurants as well as the sagrada familia no AC. somewhat in disrepair. Lights over dining room table didn’t work and wall paper at the entrance peeling off. TV continuously lost picture and had to be unplugged to reset it. No instructions on how to handle the lift or what to do with garbage.
