• Vicky (5/5): Very cheap but best to learn some Mandarin - Very cheap, ideal for long layover. Shuttle bus reliable and easy to book through airport. Excellent shower. Nice beds. Took 20 mins to check in and didn't help as they didn't speak English. Kettle in room but tap had sign, not drinking water. No milk for coffee machine. 2 pillows for 3 guests, we asked for another, it took a while, then they said they had none. One bottles water provided in room 550ml to share between 3.

Had organised the shuttle service to be picked up from the airport. Myself and another person were both left waiting for over a hour in the cold for a shuttle that never turned up.

• Mungtong (7/5): My stay is good and comfortable. - The location is muddy but natural. Cleanliness is in demand more than others. The breakfast is good. If they could add more options, I would love it. I had a long wait for the bus (shuttle). I would suggest it if you provide it at least every 30 minutes. The driver must treat the passenger nicely, not scolding with a loud voice.

• Veronica (4/5): Not good - Its near airport, about 15-20mins drive, its good that there is a pick and drop because if not, we may never get there as china has less english speaker so even police whom we asked and for sure taxi drivers in the hotel, no one speaks english as well so uts really a challenge, given that this is a hotel near airport and mostly for long lay overs means different nationalities stays here, there should be someone who speaks english atleast, yes its cheap, but that doesnt mean you cant improve all the complains, you are in business, you should atleast improve and charge a little bit of service and for sure customers wouldnt mind, also, no english signages inside the room, telephone not working, so we have to go down the reception to ask someone turn on the heater, some lights arent working in the room, no conditioner, the pantry isnt very clean and breakfast are all vege and no taste

They use this to exploit short stay customers who land in china via transit. Dont ever book with them. They would use your card to save it in Thier system then charge you whatever they want to charge you.

I left dozen of messages on their booking website and they always answered ‘Download WeChat’. When I called the hotel, they hung up the phone. I called the driver for the shuttle and he also hung up. The sheets were a bit damp, the room - humid (to be fair, it was a rainy day). The water from the shower room poured into the main room a bit when I was taking a shower, so I had to step through a puddle to go to the toilet. The light came from the top of the room. It just didn't feel cozy/comfortable for some reason. Also, there was a box with condoms to buy or something on the bedside table (the package had a picture of a girl in a sexy outfit), which, I think, should have been helpful as it was a room for two, but I didn't want that
