• Neal (9/5): Next door to the Yumbo, great property. Will certainly be back again. - Right on top of the Yumbo Centre so if you are there for the shopping or a little bit more later in the evening you are totally covered. Apartment is in great condition and the host responded promptly to me even though I had landed earlier than expected. Nothing to be honest. Everything met my expectations and the property was great value for the location you are staying at, especially as it was in the middle of Carnival (which is a lot of fun!). Will certainly be back.
• tvmoi (10/5): - Molt ben ubicat i perfecte per a 4 persones No hi ha aire condicionat i a.l'estiu pot ser faci falta. A la piscina caldria fer-li una renovació a l'enrajolat que està mig desenganxat.
• massimiliano (10/5): Appartamento bellissimo e accessoriato - Appartamento bellissimo. Sono tornato di nuovo perché qui mi trovo proprio bene, ormai vado sul sicuro. Sono stato anche in altri appartamenti dello stesso edificio, ma questo secondo me è il migliore in assoluto. La finestra della camera ha il doppio vetro, quindi non si sente praticamente nessun rumore. Super accessoriato, c’è tutto quello che serve .Gaia è stata gentilissima. Come sempre una garanzia. sicuramente tornerò.
• alain (7/5): - Très agréable appartement, 2 belles chambres, bonne literie, il y a tout ce qu'il faut niveau équipement, propre. Et bien situé niveau distance du Yumbo Pour ma part, le prix est bien trop élevé pour un appartement aussi bruyant. Pas de double vitrage, une chambre côté rue, beaucoup de bruit de circulation à partir de 5h et pour l'autre chambre côté Yumbo, musique assez forte jusqu'à 4h. Nous sommes partis quand le Yumbo était très calme, je n'ose pas imaginer en période festive. Absence de clim, même si au mois de janvier nous n'en avions pas besoin. Donc pour ma part 1850 euros pour 1 semaine, vraiment excessif.
• Jan (2/5): Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung! - Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, hatte einen schönen Poolbereich, war nah am Yumbo Center, mit vielen Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und der Strand von Playa des Ingles war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hatte vier große Probleme: 1. In der Wohnung gab es einen Kakerlakenbefall, der auch nach der herbeigerufenen Pestcontrol nicht komplett beseitigt werden konnte. Zwei Tage war Ruhe, dann waren die Tierchen wieder zurück. 2. Die Wohnung war durch die Nähe zum Yumbo und seiner Partyszene auch nachts so laut, dass man dort nur mit Gehörschutz überhaupt schlafen konnte. Jeden Tag war dort Lärm bis vier Uhr morgens oder sogar länger. Für jemanden, der nicht jede Nacht bis morgens feiern möchte, eine sehr nervtötende Situation. 3. In der Wohnung hat es durch die sehr alten, ständig gurgelnden Abwasserrohre, sehr unangenehm gerochen, was man auch durch die in der Wohnung verteilten Duftspender nicht aus der Welt schaffen konnte. 4. Die Wohnung war zwar gereinigt, aber wenn man am ersten Tag im Schrank schon eine tote Kakerlake finden muss, ist der Urlaub von vorn herein belastet. Oberflächlich sah es zwar sauber aus, war es aber Bei weitem nicht. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Gaia war zwar sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, aber für uns war diese Wohnung eine echte Zumutung und noch dazu absolut überteuert. Zu unserem Leidwesen gab es natürlich auch keine Ausweichmöglichkeit.

• Monica (7/5): - Está cerca de la playa ,tiene muchas tiendas alrededor,el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario,en general.La persona encargada Gaia,muy amable y educada,el contacto con ella rápido y facil. El ruido,hasta altas horas de la madrugada,durante toda la semana,el balcón un poco pequeño y escaso en mesa y sillas.

• Matteo (9/5): - Ottimo appartamento per trascorrere una vacanza a Maspalomas. Posizione strategica in quanto è vicinissimo allo Yumbo Centrum dove ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti e clubs. Anche il mare è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi o in taxi. La ragazza che ci ha accolto (Gaia) è stata molto gentile e disponibile, visto che siamo arrivati in tarda serata. Altre note di merito sono la pulizia, i molti accessori presenti nell’appartamento e la piscina condominiale. Da ripetere.
• Sandra (10/5): - We were met with a lady and handed the keys. She took us to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Great having a coffee machine. Everything was right on the door step. Everything was perfect for us. There was nothing we did like. We will defiantly be booking again.
• Lilli (9/5): good apartment - the apartment was very cozy, comfortable and clean. All nececcary things were avaible in the apartment. Great patio pool. The shops were in the neighboring building. All our wishes were taken into account, we were very satisfied. Nier was in the night some hours laud music. ( if its not good, other bedroom is quiet more)

• Birgir (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location - It was clean and had all the amenities you need for the vacation. All communications with host were good and responsive. Location is also perfect next to Yumbo. I would book it again for the next time.
• David (8/5): Found the apartment on booking.com and had great experience with Giai she is definitely a great host. The apartment is c - Location to Yumbo Centre Central for a lot of the amenities 2 Bedrooms, washing machine, shower was good and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. Nice welcome pack and great welcome and communication with Giai. She was an excellent host! Thankful for the elevators! Albeit the apartment had been clean, bathroom and kitchen, lounge area and balcony and bedrooms all had been dusted and swept out the tiled floor was filthy, after walking around in socks and bare feet all our feet were black from the floor. We assumed it had not been mopped for sometime. We had the need to contact the host on two requirements and both times there was instant comeback with very swift actions, first the second fan came apart and needed a special torque driver to put it back together, Giai had it replaced immediately. Thank you! The second issue was there was a toilet blockage and again Giai immediately had a staff member or colleague come around, this time we found the lady that was sent around very rude, accusing, pointing fingers in a threatening manner whilst wholeheartedly blaming us for the blockage and telling us we must pay for a plumber, she said there was no work being done in the block when I had a video of drilling in the basement by the soil pipe. We never said that was the problem but asked if it could be checked out. Her solution was to say she had spoken to a neighbour and the block supervisor and presented us with a short handled plunger. Told us it was our problem! I did make contact with Giai and complained about her representatives attitude and accusations during her attendance. The swimming pool is in need of some repairs with a lot of the mosaic tiles missing, especially in the children’s pool area, that is a shame as the pool was very nice and the water was kept clean and maintained.
