Allen (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COST. - HOW CAN BOOKING"DOT"COM BE ASSOCIATED WITH A PLACE LIKE THIS. EVERYTHING, THE PLACE, THE RUDE PEOPLE.
Zsanett (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! I didn't get in the property!! They have not notified me that they have cancelled my booking. I was at the property late at night when I was already super tired on Friday night 21:00-22:00 to ask how to get in. There was no answer at first over the phone, and I haven't received any emails either. I paid full price for my accommodation a couple of days in advance, and when I sent them messages on the booking.com app, they advised me that they had cancelled my booking as there was no availability. I was furious. I had to find a new accommodation. I requested a full refund and they sent me the answer that would be ok. 6 days passed nothing from them since! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! I didn't get in the property!! They have not notified me that they have cancelled my booking. Ovidiu (3/5): Poor - Booked for 3 adults (a double bed and a futon) but the futon did not fit in the room. Had to book another hotel room.
Ahmed (1/5): It was horrible - if you care about your money’s worth stay away from this place. - Nothing! That property was a total scam and fake advertising - It was only one bed and the other was a blowout mattress and in the pictures it said there was a bed sofa and that it had its own toilet in the room but there was actually a communal toilet between multiple flats outside that did not even have toilet paper .It was so bad we had to leave and book a hotel for 300 pounds.

This made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about health and safety. 2. Check-in Issues: Despite the advertised check-in time of 11 am, I was delayed by 150 minutes and had to wait outside. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating, especially as the property manager was unreachable by phone. 3. Inadequate Facilities: Contrary to what was described on the website, the toilets were not attached to the room but were common on every floor. The property description also suggested private bathrooms but failed to mention that toilets are shared. 4. Uncomfortable Additional Bedding: The additional bed provided was an air bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for proper sleep. 5. Parking Issues: There is no private parking available at the property. The property only suggests parking in public parking areas, which is not convenient or secure. If you are booking this property considering the availability of parking, it is a mistake. 6. Misleading Room Size: The area of the room as suggested on the booking portal shows 204 sqft, which is definitely not true. The room was significantly smaller. 7. Misleading Air Conditioning: The description suggests that the property has air conditioning, but there was only a table fan provided. Overall, the conditions and the service provided were unacceptable. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similarly poor experience.

Claire (1/5): False listing - Nothing It doesn’t exist! I was advised to travel across town in a taxi to an inferior property in Hounslow which didn’t even have an ensuite toilet. I believe it to be a scam.
