Guest Reviews
- Vidya (5/5): Old house with flaws rented out to customers and was significantly overpriced.overpriced. - Convenient location, close to CBD and restaurants and convenience stores No latches for bedrooms and the main bathroom. No exhaust fan in 2 toilets.
Stinking old carpets on staircase and downstairs where one can smell putrid dog or cat urine. Beds not comfortable.
- Virginia (10/5): - Great position and layout
- Rachel (8/5): -
- Foster (10/5): - Beautifully and more than adequately furnished home. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen and facilities. Location is amazingly close to selection of shops. We wish we were staying longer
- Judy-joy (7/5): Location was excellent for our needs. Disappointed with the overall state of the tired house. - It was close to the IGA and Porters Liquor store, very convenient.
We loved the conservatory, with the view of the garden, we ate our meals here and felt very comfortable.
We all loved the garden and the birds.
The view in the bathroom of Mt Wellington was superb and of endless fascination.
The beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept extremely well.
The Kitchen was well supplied. Yes, but it needs a cork screw. The kitchen needs a cork screw!
The single bed was the only bed without a electric blanket, it was gorgeous weather when we visited, but of the one night that was cold I would of loved that electric blanket.
One of our party, has a mobility issue, the stairs were a challenge! So sorry we were not aware of the gradient.
We all recognised that the house was old, but it IS in need of a face lift, it’s a Grand Old Lady, but she needs some love and attention. The curtains in the conservatory were faded and not sitting in their eyelets correctly, the carpets are so tired, they are shabby. Nobody sat in the Lounge room, as the Lounge chairs looked so dirty.
AND please where is the instruction sheet, for the shower tap, it took a long, long time to get hot!
Car parking, we had a medium sized SUV and it was a tight squeeze.
- Theodore (8/5): Worked for us as we only wanted a place to sleep - Beds were comfortable and place was clean
- Angela (8/5): A beautiful home with creative flair. - Cosy home away from home. The children enjoyed the boardgames while the stormy weather rolled through. Great location.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- R.cheng (8/5): It's a value property for the first trip in Hobart. - Enjoy the fresh lemon in the garden. Nothing
- Silvia (9/5): Convenient nd comfortable. - The house was big and comfortable. The main bedroom has only a shower and sink, no toilet in the ensuite, the toilet was just outside the bedroom.
- Anitra (10/5): Exceptional -
