• Paolo (9/5): Bel appartement très fonctionnel, magnifiquement situé, au calme. Propriétaire disponible et gentil. - Il y avait une pancarte avec quelques adresses des bars aux environ pour le petit déjeuner. La clim fonctionnait bien, ainsi que le wifi. Salle de bains propre et confortable. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. On aurait aimé trouver quelques bouteilles d'eau au frigo. Il faisait très chaud quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait une jolie bouteille de vin blanc sur la table (donc hors frigo), mais on aurait voulu boire 2 litres d'eau fraiche! Aussi, on a dû appeler le propriétaire car le code de la boîte à clés ne nous était pas parvenu. Mais le propriétaire a répondu immédiatement, et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté.
• Carina (8/5): Very good - We loved the quiet neighbourhood, the central location and the easy access to the City of Rome and local transport, busses and local trains. The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It's perfect for a couple or/and a family with one-two children. The kitchenette is good for breakfasts and the washing machine facilities good for catching up with laundry while sightseeing ( if the sunshine dries the laundry on the balcony!). The photos of the apartment are clever, but deceptive. We thought we were renting something much bigger than the apartment actually is. We were three adults sharing on this occasion, thinking we were getting much more space than was actually on offer. The flat is a very small, it's a two bedroom flat (1 double+ 1 single) with a tiny livingroom/ kitchenette set-up.( I estimate 35m2 in total). Everything was fine; except for the dripping toilet cistern. There was a pool of water under the cistern every morning. (The IKEA decore was a letdown, the cheap curtain rails came tumbling down without even touching them). And as as a Swede, I can tell the difference between quality IKEA and not

• Fayard (9/5): Excellent memories from MagnoliaHome and visiting Rome. - We spent 4 nights at MagnoliaHome, with our 2 grand-children. The appartment was as in the pictures, very confortable, well furnished, in 5 mn walk from the Vatican. The surroundings are nice, with classical architecture buildings, a lot of good tratorias (thanks Michele for the suggestions!) and small shops to get the necessary for the breakfast. We have been able to make all the scheduled visits, despite the surprising -for Rome in April- weather ! Castle di St Angelo, San Paolo, Musei Vaticani, Forum, Galeria Borghese.. Unforgettable places! Many thanks to Mariarita for her kind help to send me back the watch of my grand-daughter forgotten in place when leaving ! Greatings Mariarita and Michele !
