- paola (1/5): La atención en este lugar fue pésima. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que nos cobraran y no nos informaron sobr - La ubicación no es mala, lo único que rescataría No es limpio, no es cómodo, no tiene lo indispensable para estar ahí.
- Gerardo (4/5): Que pasó: Error de Booking o de Vissionaire???? - Fuimos derivados a otro lugar, porque hubo un error con la reserva. No pudimos hospedarnos en Serena!! Booking confirmó, pero el propietario nos derivó a otro lugar, a Cabaña los álamos. El reemplazo fue en un apart viejo (con algunas mejoras mínimas). Tiene muchos detalles de limpieza y con algunas instalaciones precarias; como duchas , cocina, alfombras de dormitorios, etc! .. no era lo que reservamos y no quedamos conformes con el cambio que nos hicieron. Solo mejoró el lugar por la cercanía al centro. En el resto perdimos!!!
