• Mellissa (1/5): Not happy. - Nothing I turned up for my stay an was told by reception that I didn't have a booking under my name so I didn't stay which if I didn't have a booking I wouldn't be getting this message, who would I speak to regarding getting a refund as I didn't stay an had to find last minute accommodation?? which I'm really upset about, the stress i had trying 2 find accommodation for 5hrs was ridiculous, my contact number is 0424784760, if I dont answer please leave a message an contact number an I will call back when I finish work.
• Alex (1/5): Bad - I was double booked and treated like crap! So you would think why would I give a low rating when it's the websites fault. Fyi this is like a self managed apartment so not a hotel booking. Long story short how it was handled was a complete disgrace. I got a message to immediately vacate the premises as I am not staying there and I have to return the keys to the pick up place immediately. As I am trying to prove I had a confirmed booking. Two people walked into my room and asked the keys. I apologized to them and showed them my booking confirmation and they shared Thiers. It was an anomaly. For some reason I was the one that had to leave. Even though my booking was confirmed. Still no explanation or proper apology from the owner of the property. My guest and I needed to get ready for a formal event and we had just been to the beach. We went to the lobby as we had handed the keys and fob back but we're going to ask to borrow the pool or gym showers ..... There was no one at the lobby. Ok let's catch elevator down to car and figure out something.... NOPE this place is locked down tighter then fort Knox we couldn't use the elevator without a FOB. we tried all sorts of buttons and nothing. I text the owner that I'm stuck and can't get to my car and I received a response just follow someone else through the gate when they fob in.... Like WTF customer service is this. Some one was able to escort the other guest to our room but screw me I guess. So we walked with all of our belongings to the street then walked down the carpark levels and waited for someone to FOB through. This was about ten minutes. I was running out of time to get ready for my event but at least I was through the gate and I could get my car.walked down some levels Loaded car and then guess what car needs a FOB TO GET OUT! I'm trying every button on the intercom to try and reach security or on-site maintenance or even a guest.... No luck.
• Hua (5/5): Great location but cleaning can be better - Location was great and next to the Broadwater Parkland light rail and Southport beach. Facilities like the swimming pool, spa and games room was good. Cleanliness was poor with a used bath towel hanging from the door and hair all over the bathroom floor. Bring your own towels. Very out dated furnishings and carpet in the bedroom need to be repaired.

• Erich (1/5): like the asking price, one star only - the location very dusty, for eating and drinking one cup for tea or coffee, one teaspoon available, tv not working.
• Robyn (5/5): It was adequate but the apartment needed more care - We bought our own food from the supernarket cross the road The day we arrived there was torrential rain. We arrived at the address and could not find the building we were meant to be at. The apartment is advertised as Zanzibar so we were lookihng for a building with that name, After about 10 unanswered calls to one number and 4-5 to another number we finally got an answer. In the mean time we were thinking we had been scammed and were without accomodation for 5 nights. When the phone was answered we were told all the info was on Booking App which I did not have and did not know I needed as all bookings were done on the website. We had to pick up the keys from a Thai massage place around the corner. The apartment was nice but there were some issues. We were a party of 4 - there was 1 teaspoon, 3 forks, stained and cracked coffee cups, the sink in the bathroom was blocked (my husband managed to unblock it) the shower door did not close evenly so water went all over the floor and only 1 bath mat for the 5 days to mop up, The aircon filter was blocked so it was over heating (we were given instructions on what not to do with it) but it needed maintenance, The dryer was not vented so the room was very damp when we dried washing. The floors had not been vacuumed properly, there was dirt/fluff/bits & pieces on the carpet and behind the bathroom door was fluff and body hair - the cleaners just open the door to vacuum but do not vacuum behind the door. 3 toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 nights - we bought more ourselves

• Claire (9/5): Getaway - Nice little apartment close to the tram line. Swimming pool, spa and sauna were lovely. Would choose to stay again here if wanted this area. Only 1 car park space so the others had to park on the street overnight but that was fine as long as they parked after 3pm and left by 11am the next morning due to the 2 hour restrictions from 9-5. No balcony or view.

• Ben (6/5): Pleasant - The facilities were great and the room itself was ok. Poor communication from property manager. Waiting half an hour to get into the place and she just stopped responding to us. We booked for three people but only had two towels supplied and one was disgusting. Asked for fresh towels and received one which still left us one short.

• Paul (10/5): Good spot in Southport - The check in was easy, with Mike able to let us in and give us local details. The apartment was comfortable with a washing machine, dryer, kettle and well appointed kitchen. There was also access to indoor and outdoor pools (but we did not use). The tram line is 1 minute walk away which allows easy (but slow) access to Brisbane via Helensvale. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants (try 'Last night on Earth' or the local SLSC). Also, good tv options. The apartment has a rather odd shape in places. Check out the 'really naughty corner'.
• Erin (8/5): Quirky place I would definitely stay there again & I would recommend. - The facilities and the proximity to the tram. A little bit slack on the cleaning.
