• Christopher (9/5): Perfect for a short trip to explore Nicosia - Very convenient location and easy to find. The property was as described. The road is a bit noisy during the rush hour but didn’t disturb our sleep
• LOURDES VAZ (8/5): Espaçoso e bem localizado - Apartamento com boa localização (perto do centro) e com estacionamento. Espaçoso, limpo e bem decorado. Os dois quartos são espaçosos e têm camas confortáveis. Dispõe de duas casas de banho (uma privativa) e ambas estão equipadas com duche. Cozinha espaçosa e equipada. Tem uma agradável varanda com mobiliário de exterior. A agua quente dos dois duches tinha muita pouca pressão, houve um dia que só conseguimos tomar banho com agua fria. Isolamento acústico insuficiente de um dos quartos, deixava passar o som da rua (ruídos de trânsito e de pessoas) apesar de estar no 7º andar ouvia-se como se estivéssemos no R/C. Havia poucos adaptadores disponíveis para ligar aparelhos com fichas europeias às tomadas britânicas, que são as tomadas oficiais do Chipre. Isso acabou por dificultar o uso simultâneo de vários eletrodomésticos na cozinha.

• Francesca (7/5): Bellissimo appartamento, ma non molto curato - Appartamento molto bello e spazioso, ricco di sole C'è sempre parcheggio proprio sotto casa Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi, ma con una lunga camminata L' appartamento era pulito sommariamente Diverse cose non funzionavano, bollitore alcune lampade, prese... Il condominio è molto trascurato
• Andreas (7/5): It is quite good option for long stay and for many people. Needs some small improvements - Big Appartments with 1 double bed and 2 single beds at another room. 2 bathrooms and washing machine and dryer! Some equipment are quite old (taps) there is not so good water pressure especially with hot water as I suppose was in the 7th floor. There is noise from the main road. The entrance needs lights. Door doesn’t lock, just close. WiFi at the bedrooms was not good even the speed at the living room measured and was very good.

• Pepe Sevilla (8/5): - Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares. El apartamento es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado. Destaca por su tamaño la cocina y el salón. Está a unos quince minutos andando de la plaza de la Libertad en el centro de Nicosia. Está situado en una gran avenida y desde muy temprano se escuchaba el tráfico intenso de la ciudad, por lo que nos pareció un poco ruidoso. El apartamento está muy reformado, pero el edificio no, y tiene un aspecto de poco cuidado. De cualquier forma, hemos estado muy a gusto allí.

• Tsamkosoglou (9/5): - Ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό. Είχε ο,τι χρειαζόμαστε όπως καφετιέρα, βραστήρας κλπ, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, σιδερώστρα, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, είδη μπάνιου. Επίσης ήταν πολυ φωτεινό. Στα μπόνους, η δυνατότητα στάθμευσης του αυτοκίνητου και το καφε κάτω από το κτίριο με εξαιρετικό καφέ. δεν υπάρχει κατι που δεν μας αρεσε.

• Vivienne (7/5): Suburban location - The apartment was large. There was parking at the location. The views from the balcony were good. High standard of cleanliness. Located on a busy main road, traffic noise made it impossible to open doors or windows.

• Francis (4/5): Too noisy to sleep well when we were there - above a busy junction. - Very large apartment with an open aspect. Comfortable furnishings in the kitchen and living area and very clean. Ample parking, though in the open in very hot conditions. Not far from the centre but a long walk in the heat. The owner kindly adjusted the check in time when we arrived much earlier than expected. Noise. The property is above a busy road, which got noisier as it got later. Motor bikes seemed to use it as a test track at night, adding to the ordinary traffic. I couldn't sleep in the road-facing bedroom (the other room was better) Some of the electrics are eccentric and there was a broken fuse switch, which we had to put on to use the hob to heat water. The kettle and coffee maker plugs didn't fit the sockets (only later did we see a multi-socket converter in a floor level socket). The main AC stopped working while we were there.

• Lynne (9/5): Overall excellent apart from problems with water pressure. - Location is very good and the apartment had everything we needed plus a few extra items, e.g. bottled water, shower gel, toilet rolls etc. which were very welcome. The taps on the bathrooms were very, very loose and the water pressure was so low we could barely get wet in the shower. This is a major defect and is a great shame when everything else was so good. Needs to be resolved somehow.

• Isack (8/5): Well equipped and spacy. - . Nice with overall city view from 7th floor. It was well equipped ,and the right amount of space for us,senior adults. 2 showers! Great available safe /free parking behind building. Easy to access, coded. Katalin the hostess was great with correspondence, considerate and gave us clear instructions .By whataspp . Its, a,central urban location near the riverside ,therefore the noise of late night motorcyclists zooming below was,a disturbance for us.
• Proxpert (10/5): Excellent stay in the modern heart of Nicosia - Excellent location, in a nice and modern area. The apartment is wonderful, with an excellent living and two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Very modern furniture, a big Smart TV, two nice balconies. Kitchen endowed with everything you need. The host was very nice, helpful and supportive. She come special to bring us coffee and she gave us a lot of useful advices. We really enjoyed everything.
