• Diane (7/5): Great location, but needs updating and a thorough clean. Avoid until building works are completed as very noisy. - Great views. Comfy beds. Not clean enough for a vacation property. Cheap and unreliable appliances such as the oven, dishwasher and bbq. Worn linen. Major building works going on next door were not mentioned in booking.com ad.
• Ben (6/5): Great location, but the house was not well maintained. - Location No gas in BBQ on Australia Day. Leaking shower in bottom floor, creating hazard. Smell of mould downstairs. A wonderful location, but not well maintained.

• Diana (7/5): Good - Its overlooking the beach. Big house for a family of 5 When we enter the house, there are so many animal furs in the couch and on the floor. My kids have to take anti histamine everyday because there skin gets itchy and been sneezing all the time. My son have so many insect bites when he woke up in the morning. Under the couch and under the bed havent been cleaned enough. Was meant to bake cake for my husband but the oven is not working and it doesnt say on the website. The griller was dirty. They only cover it with aluminum foil. Visible molds on the bathroom wall and on the window near the ceiling. Downstairs area smells like molds too, even if the doors and windows are open.

• Prayas (7/5): Good - Fantastic location - Chinaman beach is just 4min walk. (Relatively) clean and comfortable Pet/dog friendly a massive bonus - good sized enclosed backyard. Very nice deck with ocean views. 3 good sized bedrooms. Has all amenities you need in a holiday house (except AC in bedrooms). Main part of the house is not child friendly - i.e. house is split level and there is a massive drop from dining area down to living room, with no partition/divider, which means children can easily fall over the edge. No AC in bedrooms, and only one fan provided! Downstairs area and bedroom smelt quite damp - not pleasant. No shower curtain in main shower - which means water goes everywhere when showering. Pots and pans in kitchen are quite old and should be changed.

• Chapman (8/5): Comfortable and great location but expensive without extras - The decor was peaceful great spa bath the blender was useful so were Local maps seeing Kangaroos feeding on lawn It would be nice to have a few essentials provided like oil milk bread on arrival this would add value as I thought it was expensive without any extras like use of Netflix Overcomplicated online check-in process
