• AYDIN (1/5): - We thought this hotel was inside the airport, but it was not. It was very difficult to get to the airport in China. We had trouble because no one spoke English at the airport. The staff at the hotel had a good attitude, but there was an EXTRA fee for transportation to the hotel. I definitely do not recommend it.

• Dongmei (1/5): This hostel is a Rip Off - Pick up/Drop off was proactive and on time. 1. This Hostel was located outside of the airport tucked deep in a low-income residential area (see photo). As someone who reads/speaks Chinese, even I got lost trying to find this place after being dropped off by a taxi. It's not a PROPER hotel by any international standard. (See Photo) The taxi driver told us to search for hotels in 'Xian Yang' if we wanted a comfortable stay near the airport next time. Xian Yang is only 15-20 minutes away from the airport, and for USD$35 a night, we could have stayed in a proper 3-4 star hotel. 2. It's not a 3-star hotel, it's a HOSTEL advertised on Chinese websites for USD$11 per night (See photo) 3. Hostel did not provide SOAP for hand washing or showering. When asked, they told me to buy my own soap. We did not shower that night and slept with our clothes on. I can't imagine how clean a hostel can be if they don't even provide soap to their guests. 4. Cups provided for brushing teeth were moldy and disgusting (See photo). 5. Room is old, TV doesn't work, bathroom door doesn't close properly. (I do have videos, but couldn't upload, as only photo is allowed) 6. The bed does not have a mattress, we slept on the box spring. We didn't sleep well due to sore backs. (See Photo) 7. When complained to the owner, she blamed us for being demanding and difficult customers. She then blocked me on Wechat, deleted all our chat history, and tried to cancel my reservation on booking.com to stop me from posting a negative comment/seeking compensation. Conclusion: I worked in Travel for over 10 years and backpacked to over 20 countries. I can say with confidence that this place does not meet even the basic Western hostel standard. Middle-class Chinese nationals don't even stay here. This place is meant for Chinese low-budget/backpacking travellers who just want a place to crash, but pretending to be a reputable hotel by charging a price equivalent to a 3 star Chinese hotel.
• Sierhai (4/5): Disappointing - friendly staff The photos do not correspond to reality at all. The location of the hotel is at the airport, in reality you need to call by phone to be picked up by car at the hotel. The hotel is an old building with seriously worn out rooms.
• Marion (1/5): Bad - The hotel either lied on their location or Booking provided a wrong information. Either way nothing was done after the issue was raised with customer service so it feels important to leave this review. This hotel is NOT 300 meters away from the airport. It is much further, after taking the highway and definitely not within a walking distance, especially not with luggages. Although the shuttle is organised, we are two young women who got picked up at night and had NO IDEA where they were being taken because the location was so different from what is advertised. Although the staff was welcoming, we felt extremely unsafe during the ride as we didn’t know where they were taking us which could easily have been avoided had they been transparent about their location in the first place.

The date was not September 15, but September. the 20th. I had the following problems: 1. I could not pay for the accommodation with a bank card, 2. I only had 100 yuan in cash, I offered that the next morning when they took me to the airport with the "little bus" in rather bad condition, I would leave my luggage in it, and I would withdraw the missing 100 Yuan from an ATM machine with the driver's wife! They didn't go into this, even though I also gave a name card that I had 3 degrees and had a senior position while I was working in Hungary! I was very tired, because I missed 2 departures before, one because of the typhoon, and the other was because the Chinese airline forgot to activate my 3 new tickets! they took me back to the airport and I exchanged the 100 Yuan and gave it to them. I did not receive an invoice. 3. They asked for a higher amount than the 1780 pesos listed on the internet, at first I had to pay 220 Yuan, but in the end I had to pay 200,- to be able to have dinner. 4. The fsz. it didn't work in the room: - the air conditioner, because I had a bad cold, I've been coughing ever since, etc. - the television the bathroom shower was rusted and the shower part was thrown aside!! - the WIFI code was barely visible and could not be found on my laptop! - the driver only managed to connect to a Chinese-language network around midnight, then as soon as I managed to connect with the several variations, I wrote this legibly on the exposed piece of paper! For example, you didn't have to write a capital I, but 1s, etc. - the closet is full of things that you couldn't hang anything, clothes. It's a positive thing that God replaced the rose in the shower so I could use it! Also, he got me to the airport on time!
• Leonor (1/5): We booked somewhere to catch some sleep for a few hours before starting our tour. No one slept in that nightmare of a pl - Nothing False advertising. Claimed to be a walking distance from the airport; the journey took about 20 minutes by car to the property. Looked like it was 300 m from the back end of the runway in a dodgy location. Airport transfer vehicle arrived very late, a small 4-seater old car which could only fit 3 of us and 3 medium cases. Our 2 companions had to wait at the airport for a second pick-up. The female driver was disheveled and unprofessional in demeanour and abrupt. She was also the front office manager, etc. - a one-woman show. The property was a dingy old 3-storey building about 4 metres wide, with sliding glass doors. Reception area was a 4 square metre room with dirty furniture. No lift. We had to leave our suitcases downstairs and took only our essentials for the night up a 1-metre wide winding staircase to the 3rd floor. The rooms featured thin bedsheets and pillows on beds that were hard as wood. No amenities provided. Bathroom was a dirty 1-room affair, with thin towels, mouldy rubber slippers propped against the shower wall, a small water basin and toilet with toilet seats strapped together with duct tape. All three rooms were occupied had the same features. No wonder there was no photo provided in the Booking.com site. Booking needs to vet their properties better.
• Chiara (9/5): Superb - The owners of the apartments were so so kind 😊 older chinese couple …. they took us from the airport and back to the airport also. Communication was great. Lady at the customer service speaks english very well. We could pay in €. I highly recommend.

Bad and pillow super hard. I couldn't sleep at all. cobwebs everywhere, ash in the room. Windows were there but I cloud here all noises.

Free pickup service from the airport - thank you to our driver who waited up for our flight to get in and then for our delayed arrival. The location of the hotel is different from the booking.com location reflected (about 10mins further away), so taking public transit to the city after that is not really a viable option.

The distance of hotel from the airport does not seem to be as fast/near as what was described in booking.com. The car drive journey itself took about 5-7min.
• Mikhail (9/5): A good option for stay an overnight near the airport for a low fee, not for fans of luxury hotels) - The staff is very polite and ready to help in any situation. They will meet you at the airport and take you back. It is close enough to the airport, only 3-5 minutes by car. They will also help you to call a taxi for a trip to the city, which is useful for foreign travelers. Moderately clean. When you look at the description, it seems that the hotel is within walking distance, but you will have to drive (you will be met and taken to the airport upon check-out). The room is cool if the temperature is below zero outside, but this rarely happens. All disadvantages are compensated by an adequate cost of living and responsive staff

It was also not in the location “300m from airport”. Impossible to find from location on google maps. Helpful staff answered message and came to collect us from terminal and drove us 5 mins to hotel units past industrial estate. Room was small, cold or noisy heater with hard bed.
• Tianjian (4/5): Over priced, not good for winter - The home-run hotel is close to the T3 of Xianyang Airport. It is said that free transportation is available between the hotel and the airport although I did not use it. The hotel room is priced at 195 Chinese Yuan per night on Booking. However, on Ctrip.com it costs 90 Chinese Yuan. How does Booking price this? The city in winter is cold and dry, the blow of hot air makes the room even drier. It is not recommended to stay in such a family-run hotel that is among a crowd of many tens of such hotels in a small area. If possible to use Ctrip for hotels in China.
• Masriyani (8/5): Very good - The location is near to airport. It was so cold, 3 bed. but only 1 bed warner was working.
• Eliza (3/5): Poor - The lady driver, receptionist and possibly lady boss was very polite and nice to provide a land transfer. Not walkable from airport although is very near due to the way roads and airport was built. Heater was not working well in winter and we were very cold at night. Toilet choked when we were using late night .. No hot or any water provided. Need to top up yourself at the airport before proceeding.. just bear in mind is not a hotel. Semi residential converted into an accommodation for back packers or brave tourists. Journey from Airport to the city centre only 40mins so would have prefer to go direct to the city

Very basic room, i think the the hostel converted from a residential house. We were given a room at ground floor as we do not able to carry our big bag to go upper floor. The room is big but looks like a store room. Things are store inside and dusty. No shops nearby to get your breakfast.

A terrible experience with this hotel.

It is uncomfortable to sleep all night. 2) There is no elevator in the hotel on the fourth floor. I need to thank the driver for helping me carry my luggage up and down. 3) There is no body soap in the washroom. I went out and bought a bottle myself. 4) The toilet paper was only a little bit, and it was wet. 5) The dust on the screens is beyond description. 6) There is a car transfer to and from the airport. But the inside of the car is dirty. In just a few minutes from the airport to the hotel, I got dirt on my suitcase, dirt on my pants, and dirt on my coat sleeves when I got off the car. On the way back, I ordered a car myself. 7) There is no drinking water in the room, and there is a public water dispenser in the corridor. I dare not drink, I bought some water myself. 8) For the same room, the booking price is twice the price of others. 9) In summary, booking gave it three stars, and I am speechless. How dare you booking app?

The owner is a pretty nice women, who can speak English, she helped me to get a tour bus straight to Terracotta Army from the hote next morningl. Of course it's not 5 starts hotel, everything is simple and cheap, but if you just need to stay somewhere for one night near to the airport, this location is what you need. 👍🏽
