• Jo (9/5): Great apartment in central Seville location - Apartment is very central and very convenient to walk to all key tourist attractions. Apartment is well equipped with a small kitchen, washing machine and lounge area. Decor is nice and beds in both rooms were comfy. Hosts were friendly and parking is available right next to the apartment. It was a little noisy from the outside street at night, but that is to be expected when you are staying in the town centre.
• nadia (2/5): Peccato per la pulizia, l'estetica non basta - Posizione ottima e appartamento esteticamente bello "L'appartamento è esteticamente molto bello, ma l'impatto iniziale è stato presto rovinato dalla pulizia carente. Abbiamo trovato ciuffi di polvere e capelli in più punti e, camminando con le ciabatte, si sentiva chiaramente del terriccio sul pavimento. Come se non bastasse, alla prima doccia il bagno si è allagato completamente, con l'acqua che è arrivata fino all'ingresso. Abbiamo contattato l'host e il mattino seguente è intervenuta l'assistenza per risolvere i due problemi segnalati: pulizia e scarico intasato. Al nostro rientro a metà pomeriggio, abbiamo scoperto che avevano risolto solo il problema della doccia, tralasciando completamente la pulizia. Anzi, la situazione era peggiorata: sul pavimento del bagno erano stati lasciati dei cocci che, aprendo la porta, graffiavano il pavimento. Ricontattata l'assistenza, abbiamo chiesto un intervento di pulizia ma se un po' più tardi, per permetterci di riposare un'ora dopo una giornata faticosa. Nonostante la conferma ricevuta, la signora si è presentata dopo soli 15 minuti, costringendoci ad annullare il riposo per permetterle di pulire. In sintesi: una gestione disorganizzata e poco rispettosa del cliente. Un vero peccato, perché la struttura meriterebbe molto di più, ma questi aspetti hanno rovinato il soggiorno.

The apartment is modern, fitted to an extremely high quality finish with comfortable beds, fresh linen and every amenity you might require with fully fitted kitchen, excellent bathroom and shower, air conditioning, blinds that keep the apartment cool and views over the surrounding streets given a great city centre vibe. Whoever designed the apartment layout knows what they are doing and deserves a mention for their maximising of space and layout of facilities. Cafe below the apartment is excellent for coffees and breakfast/ snacks. Proximity to all city centre tourists sites within a short walk. Safe and secure location. Carrefour 1 minute away for any drink/ food you might need for your stay. Communication from Maria before and during our stay made our arrival and time in Seville so very easy. Thank you! Nothing - it was outstanding!

• Alexandra (9/5): - Non ci aspettavamo fosse così bello l’appartamento, molto meglio che dalle foto. Posizione fantastica, proprio dietro la cattedrale, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e supermercato e bar sotto casa. Appartamento molto luminoso e pulito, 2 stanze matrimoniali con un armadio in una e una cabina armadio nell’altra, un bagno con doccia e finestra e un ampio soggiorno/cucina. C’era tutto il necessario per le pulizie ma anche per farsi un caffè e cucinare(posate, piatti ecc). Non ci sono le pulizie quotidiane ma a un prezzo extra ci hanno pulito la stanza durante il soggiorno, super consigliato sia per due coppie che in famiglia. Un po’ rumoroso ma è normale, siamo andati durante la settimana santa con processioni in giro per tutta la città, chiudendo le tapparelle rimaneva più silenzioso, solo durante la notte con più processioni abbiamo avuto problemi nel dormire bene ma è normale, può essere anche piacevole vederle proprio dalla finestra

• Cheryl (10/5): Excellent location to Old town. Maria the hostess was superb😊 - The property was easy to find and it came with a secure parking space 5 minutes away which was included in the price. The apartment was super clean and seemed brand new with plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied although we only made coffee. Maria who managed the apartment was personable and friendly and gave recommendations about where the closest store to buy small items was located as well as providing Attreactions to see and good tapas recommendations. Thank you Maria for your assistance. Small touches go a long way We liked everything was just unsure which coffee pods to buy so maybe including a few or a picture would be great.
• Inga (7/5): - The apartment is the the center, very near main visiting places and there is a parking space in the next building. Small food shop few steps away. The apartment feels quite old and not very comfortable for four people. We were also contacted by three different people asking about our arrival time. Since we were traveling from another city, it was difficult to give an exact time, but we were repeatedly asked to confirm it. Despite that, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for the keys after arriving. This was not a major problem, but in such a case it would be much more convenient to have a key box instead of coordinating the arrival time with several people. The kitchen is also missing some basic items such as salt, pepper, or cooking oil, which would be helpful for guests. In addition, the apartment does not seem well insulated – it feels almost like there are no windows, as you can hear everything from outside. Since it is located in the city centre, there was noise throughout the night. Overall, we would probably not choose this apartment again, as we do not feel it offers good value for the price.

Forse un po’ troppo rumoroso di notte e avremmo apprezzato qualche strumento per pulizia ma tutto gestibilissimo.

• R Eva (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Più che in un appartamento turistico sembrava di stare proprio a casa. Molto confortevole. A partire dall’accoglienza, gentile e premurosa. L’appartamento è ben distribuito, arredato con gusto e veramento accessoriato in modo completo. Stoviglie di ogni genere, comprese le forchette da pesce! E poi lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro e accessorio per stirare a vapore in verticale, scaletta… Inoltre forno a microonde, tostapane, macchinetta per il caffè a capsule. Non mancavano neanche spugnette e strofinacci, tovagliette ecc. Una delle stanze da letto è più grande e completa anche di tv. L’altra più piccola, ma comunque con un bel armadio grande. Bagno moderno, pressione e temperatura dell’acqua ottimali. L’alloggio è molto luminoso e dispone di 10 finestre. Tapparelle e tende. La posizione è ottimale, per girare la città (e magari passarci durante il giorno per lasciare qualche acquisto o riposare un pò) e vicina alla fermata dell’autobus dall’aeroporto ( fermata Marques de Paradas. Per il ritorno verso l’aeroporto la fermata è accanto alla Torre del Oro). Molto centrale eppure abbastanza tranquillo, almeno nel periodo in cui ci siamo state. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gestori/proprietari sempre disponibili e attenti. Il palazzo in cui si trova l’appartamento è moderno e ben tenuto, la vista dalle finestre è invece su bellissimi palazzi d’epoca.

• İBRAHİM (9/5): Çok temiz ve rahat, iyileştirilebilir yönleri mevcut. - Konum mükemmel, temizlik gayet iyi,yataklar rahat, ulaşım kolay, sunulan mutfak araç ve gereçleri yeterli. Otoparkı bulmak biraz zor oldu, gelen yabancılar için daha iyi yönlendirme yapılabilir, merkezi konum olduğu için biraz gürültülüydü yalnız buna değer.

• Rainie Tsai (9/5): Owner is very nice and got complete kitchenware if wanna cook - Location is good, and the best thing is come with parking lot. Cinthya is really nice to welcome us, show us how to get in and everything. Just take 10mins walk to catedral de Sevilla and Real Alcázar de Sevilla and 3 mins to rail. Kitchenware are complete, got everything we need. Sound proof is not good, can hear people talking on the street, even the bell from church.

• Kelly (9/5): Very nice place in a good location with a good management staff. - We drove in and we met by Maria and she helped us get into the parking space in the parking garage right near the apartment. So we were off to a good start. The location was great, right by Plaza Nueva, just as it says. Very walkable area, easy to get to places you might want to visit. The apartment was very nice and quite spacious and very clean. We especially loved water pressure in the shower.

• Marta (9/5): - Estaba cerca de todo. Parada de metro a 50 metros escasos de la puerta. Pude ir caminando a todos los sitios por la cercanía y lo céntrico que estaba todo. En general muy contenta con todo. Nos gustaría haber tenido solo que fuera dos capsulas de café para nuestra llegada, ya que la cafetera estaba disponible. Pero del resto todo muy completo y muy contenta.

Maria was great at finding us in the warren of narrow 1-way streets and construction zones to lead us to the apartment. Elevator and no threshold shower made unit good for low mobility users. Street noise was such that we didn't open the windows and had to rely on the mini-split air-con units. Felt a little is unsafe in that you needed the key to unlock the front door of the building from the inside. Feels like a fire hazard.

The only complaint is the WiFi is basically non-existent. If you had to have speed for work need to verify they have upgraded the WiFi. It was fine for us, we just used our cell. WiFi speed.

• Iwan (9/5): Nicely equipped apartment in the center of old town next to a quaint square! - This apartment is centrally located right next to Plaza Nueva. This makes for short and easy walking distance to most major attractions in Old town Sevilla such as the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. If you are a foodie, there's a ton of neighborhood bars serving tapas and drinks. Badeguita Romero less than 150 m away, Bar Santa Cruz Las Columnas and Freiduria La Isla are just some of the most amazing bars and restaurants around that anyone visiting Sevilla should try. Also this apartment is close to many major shops including one if not two El Corte (dept stores). If you are like me, I'm crazy about the cheap freshly squeezed OJ, the closest Carrefour Express on C Harinas, just 150m away has an OJ machine. If you're driving, the parking is located on the side street next to the apartment. Parking entrance is located behind Hotel Inglaterra, literally in the basement of the hotel. The apartment comes fully equipped, we came in January, so we made use of the heated AC. There's a small size refrigerator, not exactly US-sized, but much bigger than most dorm sized fridge with proper freezer to cool down some drinks. Kitchen is nicely equipped, wifi is great. The only thing to caution is the size of the water heater, it's probably average sized. But one of us likes to take super hot shower, after the first night, that person needed to shower last so that there's enough hot water for everybody else. Noise if you are not used to it. The only caution I'd say is due to its super convenient location right in the middle of oldtown, it could get a bit noisy even at night and especially in the morning. The apartment is on the second floor (US folks go ground floor, first floor, second), the ground floor being the elevator and entrance. Still not quite high enough that noises from the street can be heard inside bedrooms even with closed windows. If you're looking for quiet apartment, this is not it. But city center folks would be very much welcomed.

Good wifi and parking spot included in next door parkinghouse. The apartment would be much better with some furniture upgrades, especially in the living room.
• Sandra (8/5): Seville mini break - The check in was easy and Roxy kept in touch with us then met us at the car park. The location of the flat close to the cathedral and old town is excellent. We are 4 adults and there were only cups, not mugs so making a decent sized drink wasn't easy. We only had 1 pillow each so used cushions in our beds. It is a lively part of town so if you're a light sleeper take earplugs.

Late check in was caused by delayed flight. Heavy construction next door for 2 days in a row. Poor sleeping conditions.

Super convenient parking just across the road Right on the road so some noise filters in Apartment is not spacious enough Driving directions could have been shared well in advance instead of sending WhatsApp messages when I was already on the way. Had to halt multiple times to read and respond. This was avoidable.

• Goran (10/5): Perfect stay, we would happily return - Perfect location in the heart of beautiful Seville. Newly renovated apartment, providing a comfortable two nights stay. Extremely helpful staff, especially Maria who personally guided us to the parking which was very close to the apartment. The garage was a bit difficult to find due to roadworks in Seville city centre which rendered the car's GPS instructions pretty useless, but this is obviously not Valcambre's fault. We arrived two hours before the "official" check-in time which the staff had no issues with, and when we left we were allowed to use the parking a few hours beyond the check-out time. This flexibility was highly appreciated. Nothing, really.

• Catzy! (9/5): Very near plaza nueva - It is near the tourist spots and it's easy to grab something to eat. Very near the tram which we never use because most places to see are walkable. The one who met us was nice and gave us recommendations on where to eat. It is near to a locker rental where you can leave your bags after check out. It should have been better if you provided basic things like coffee, sugar and creamer. There is a nespresso machine but there are no pods to make coffee. Oh and it was so loud at night. Other than that, all good!

Quiet area but can walk to the main attractions easily. The house is just perfect space for a family of 4 and cozily deco. Security is good and not too high a building. Loads of eating places nearby and also convenient store even late at night. Slight issue with the water overflowing out of the bathroom which means you need to take a quick shower and wait for the water to go down the hole before opening the door. Other than that the house is lovely

Check-in was terrible. We had a car to park and had to meet someone in person. Terrible system - it's difficult to park until you get the keys and we had to wait on the street for the keys to be delivered.

Apartment was very clean, seemed to be newly renovated and extremely spacious. It also had a washing machine which was a nice bonus. The building had an elevator which was convenient for hauling our luggage. It also included free parking in a nearby garage, although it is quite tight but not unusual for the city. The apartment could have had a few minor touches which would have made our stay slightly better, such as sugar (for coffee and tea) and paper towels or napkins. The beds were on the stiffer side which didn't bother me so much, but my wife had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise the place was great.

• Dzina (7/5): Good - Location. Seems like not a big deal,but even motels have coffee and tea in the room. This place didn't. Also, for a light sleeper (witch I am) expect to be waken up every hour by the cathedral bell.

• Dirk (9/5): Great place to stay; ideally located with parking space in the center of Sevilla - Before arriving at Sevilla Nuria took contact in order to inform about arrival and indications to the parking place. As we encountered some issues to enter the parking building in Madrid Street Nuria came personally to let us in. She went together with us to the apartment (around the corner from the parking building) and took enough time to explain everything but also gave some tips regarding restaurants and things to do. The apartment is very well located in the town center and well equipped. Thanks for the excellent service Nuria! The beds were quite small and the second sleeping room as well.
