• keith (10/5): - Location. Very central to beach, food and shopping. Great Cafe located on site. View is obscured by building site on opposite side of the highway.
• Frances (10/5): - Beautifully appointed flat, spacious and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Lovely complex with pool, parking and BBQ area. Tastefully decorated throughout and the beds were all very comfortable. Close to beach, SLSC cafe across the road and swimming spots and shops a 5 minute drive. They are currently constructing a building opposite so it was fairly noisy on the balcony in the daytime and builders start early unfortunately. However we enjoyed the balcony in the evenings.

• Philip (8/5): Well presented and close to beach - Roomy, clean 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Parking for one car. The ocean view is now substantially blocked by a new development - images need to be updated. The apartment photos on Booking.com are not of the unit I stayed in. The letting agency has two apartments - different floors, same aspect. One appears to be better furnished than the other. The apartment is in Palm Beach but the key pick up is in Burleigh. The letting agency says there are fans in the bedrooms. This is not correct. There are individual air conditioners for each room but air conditioning is not a preferred way to sleep for many people. The air conditioning was programmed to turn off after a set time period, which is a bother especially at night when operating on fan mode. Three adults = three rooms, but only two sets of keys / fobs available.

• Melita (9/5): - Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a great spot. Incredible water pressure! Great kitchen. Lovely pool. We had a really enjoyable stay. The ocean view has changed somewhat. The photos really should be updated. The car park is a bit tight but manageable.

Everything you needed in an apartment Very nice place to stay Just a few suggestions For the money paid It Needs more than one towel per person for a weeks stay A pool towel would be handy A greet book with info in it about where to find things. Eg How to use amenities (hot plates /ovens ). Where to find the pool area, the reception area
• David (8/5): Enjoyed Gold Coast. Location suited our needs. Weather was perfect. - Location excellent. View attractive, but will soon be lost. Appt was clean pleasant and bright. the media system included was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning products supplied were helpful. Hot water service totally inadequate. Tap handles in bathrooms were impossible to use. Car parking difficult. No clock at all in appt. Appliances were ample but were difficult to use. No buckets left to water 9 plants.

The apartment was really nice, clean, and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed — a full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and a great carpark. The location was good, just a little bit of a drive to the theme parks, but easy if you have a car. The host company was fantastic and always available when we needed them. We would definitely stay here again!
• Melinda (8/5): lovely location, a bit noisy with windows and doors open. Spacious apartment. - good location, spacious, excellent facilities, easy parking noisy unless windows and doors were shut. Burleigh Letting Co. did not get back to me about my change of dates- I had to keep contacting them. We ended up paying for a night that we weren't there. They were not helpful regarding this.
• Debbie (7/5): Good - Apartment was great. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked and furnishings in the apartment are great We booked as a 3 bedroom with 3 double beds and were very disappointed on arrival to find this wasn’t the case with no option to change to another apartment. Also organised a later check out however cleaning staff were not notified and arrived at 10.15am. They offered to wait outside until we were ready but was very uncomfortable so we left. Key needed to picked up and dropped off at Burleigh Heads which is a short drive but not ideal if you are travelling without a car

• Jerome (8/5): Beautifully designed, well appointed and luxurious accommodation. - The apartment is luxurious, well appointed and beautifully designed. The host even left alcohol (which we didn't drink) for the guests. The tenants/guests in the build were very friendly. The apartment was great however there is a lot of construction going on the GC so it was difficult getting around. We had to really call around to find out about access to the pool.
