• Anna (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! - Sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht zum kochen, waschen. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Couch war doch nicht so bequem zum schlafen.

• Angela (8/5): - Location and facilities on site were excellent. Very handy having the pool bar to use was not expecting these facilities as it was a private apartment. The blankets and pillows were not up to a good standard. A double bed with 2 single thin sheets to be used as a blanket each was very awkward and uncomfortable to sleep with a double decent blanket would have been much better. The pillows were even worse we had to borrow cushions from the settee to make them something you could lie on as they were that thin.

• Evan (7/5): - It was excellent- very clean and comfortable. Location isn’t ideal, however there are still plenty of bars and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away. The walk back is the issue.

• joanne (10/5): - The property was comfortable and had everything you need. The pool was great as it was heated and it was easy to rent the Sunbeds. The beach was a 15-20min walk with supermarkets nearby. Its easy to get around the island by bus and the free Siam park bus leaves from just over the road. We had had a great relaxing holiday.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Fantastic stay at Castle Harbor. Our favorite place in Los Cristianos. - Fantastic apartment at Castle Harbor. It's well maintained complex that we have been visiting for years. Host was very responsive and helpful. Can't understand negative comments: wify is in the apartment really good. Mind you pay for sun loungers if you want them, but there is seating space too free of charge. Lifeguard looks after the pool very well. There is toilet, showers and luggage storage of you need. Pool temp is usually around 28-29 degrees so by far warmest pool in this side of the Tenerife.

• Priscilla (8/5): The reef - All my family were there at different apartments as it was my 60th Birthday They left 2 toilet rolls for a week no change of towels or bed linen. Toilet seat broken. Only one rubbish bag and no cleaning solution my husband was ill. And snuggled to clean it we did thou, and very noisy with traffic in front bedroom.

• Paul (7/5): Good - The price was good and the ease of booking was easy. The room was OK and clean... The room was 'OK'... the bathroom wasn't the best, the shower and toilet were very small, if you're big, you'll struggle to sit on the toilet and get in the shower. Location wise, it's a bit out of the way and the room is situated on the 7th floor, quite far into the hotel, so a bit of walking... the lifts were always quick though. One of the 2 beds was really bad, rock solid... I had no choice but to sleep in it and had 3 really rough nights sleeps, the other room had a comfy mattress.

• Natalie (9/5): A lovely good quality stay for a reasonable price - Lovely sized pool for the children but not so big we couldn’t keep eyes on them. Could relax at the pool side snack bar. Accomodation was very good,clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice and we could see the sea. Enough space for 4. Quiet enough area. Would stay again. Noise from the apartment above sometimes. A microwave would be helpful. If you are looking to be in the centre of town, this is about 25 mins walk or a very short car journey on a gentle hill.

• Jessica (6/5): Nice family stay - The apartment was very well equipped, easy check in and friendly communication with owner. Nice friendly staff on the complex. The apartment is in a good location, fairly quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Free parking if you have a car with you. It's about a 25 minute walk down hill with young kids to the beach. A short walk (20 Mins) to the monkey park which is worth a visit. It has a pool view from balcony. Good pool, heated which is open quite late. The bar/restaurant was reasonably priced. Kids loved using the pool tables, only 1 euro a game. Over all for the price it is what you'd expect, so quite good value Its a little rough around the edges, clean but needing a freshen up. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The shower is very small and it has a small hot water tank.

• Anastasiia (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is pleasant Despite many positive reviews, I was shocked and disappointed upon arrival. Wi-Fi was charged separately for each person, which I’ve never seen before. The apartment smelled of old furniture and was extremely stuffy, with fans that barely helped. There were no proper blankets, just a dirty, worn decorative throw. Everything felt old and unclean. The washing machine was in poor condition. Even the dishes were dirty… This stay greatly spoiled my impression of Tenerife, and I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.

• Connor (8/5): Great stay for a family of 4 - Recently modernised clean apartment, based in a quiet location which is perfect for a family. Comfortable beds, shower was excellent and enough mod cons to last a family over a week. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Staff in the facility are very helpful and pleasant The pool facilities cost 2 euro per day per sunbed bed per day with availability at 10am. We got a discount for buying many. This cuts down on people putting towels down and whatsoever early and we were always guaranteed a bed for each of the 4 of us. Had a great time here. Curtains in main bedroom didn't close all the way over the glass and light was in early each morning A little bit of an uphill trek but in my opinion it was worth it.

• Debbie (10/5): Fabulous apartment for a family - The apartment is fabulous. Very practical for all you need. Lots of storage. We were a family of 4- two teens and 2 adults. Son used sofa bed. The balcony view is great and only ten mins walk to everything you need. There's a good restaurant on site and plenty nearby. The pool is fabulous and no deck chair wars! The only negative is the size of the shower. My husband is tall and big and it was very small. The bathroom is very small.
• Lisa (8/5): Lovely apartment but not so keen on the complex - Really nice apartment, clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony with sea view. Comfortable beds. Quiet area and nice pool. Not far walk down to beach. Close to bars and restaurants nearby. No cleaners for whole stay (6 nights) so no clean towels. No soap in the bathroom. No air con, just a fan circulating warm air. Have to pay for sunbeds each day at the pool, haven’t had this anywhere else in Los Cristianos Charge for calling a taxi at reception. Again haven’t had this anywhere else in Los Cristianos

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - We liked the location. The apartment is located on 7th floor of Castle Harbour complex. The access is via lifts or stairs. It is relatively quiet. There are two bedrooms with double bed each, and double bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan, the other bedroom has a portable fan and the living room has large balcony door - it was enough to ventilate when temperatures were about 30 deg C. There is TV, fridge, coffee machine, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, set of pans, plates, cutlery etc. The washing machine is also there but unfortunately was broken, so we used the laundrette available on 1st floor (4 euro per wash). The apartment was clean and tidy. There is also a nice balcony with good view to south/east. The Castle Harbour complex has a very nice pool and restaurant 'El Paso'. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes of walk. If you intend to use a car there is quite a lot of parking spaces along the street and access to main road is very quick. The owner is very friendly and replies very quickly. The photos on the website are accurate. We liked staying there and if we visit Los Cristianos in future we will certainly consider staying in this apartment again. I think the possible upgrade could be the air conditioning.

• Cronin (10/5): Amazing, we will definitely be back 😍 - Beautiful modern, well equipped, spotless apartment 😍 very comfortable and the beds were extremely comfy, beautiful balcony with an amazing view, nice location, friendly staff. Nice pool bar, lovely cocktails and good food, supermarket across the Rd. There is a bit of a hill walking back from the beach, but that didn't bother us cause we like being out walking around but might be challenging for others.

• Catherine (10/5): Fantastic. - lovely cosy spacious property, had a great stay here, very clean apartment, host very nice, kept us updated, lovely pool area, food was lovely at the on-site El Paso restaurant, apartment has everything you need for your stay, great powerful shower, great view from balcony, apartment on 7th floor with 2 lifts, hotel staff so helpful, can’t do enough for you, I will definitely go back.
• Rory (10/5): Castle fit for a king - The apartment was outstanding, the location is perfect and it had everything we needed. It was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The owner supplied a bottle of wine and bubbly for our arrival which was a nice touch. Checking in was easy his communication was great. The views from the balcony were superb. I would return without hesitation. It could do with a lamp in the living and kitchen area as the ceiling lights are very bright. And a fan in each room would be nice as there's no air con but it was still manageable.
