• Gerard (3/5): I’m staying somewhere else my next visit to Kyoto - Very little. Close to the train station was the only benefit. The hotel was not near any good sites. The area around the hotel seems run down and sad to say dirty. The breakfast was ok but no cook to order eggs. Most of the food was cold.

• Mika (7/5): - The location is excellent, right by the subway station exit. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with variety of small dishes. The bathroom in the room was really small. Just getting in and out required me to twist my body to avoid hitting the wall and the toilet even though I'm a small person. The onsen was smaller than I expected. I had to wait for a shower spot.

• Steph Orozco (9/5): Excelente opción, no te arrepentirás! - La ubicación es inmejorable, literal está a 5 metros de la estación del metro, el desayuno es basto, estilo oriental, muy cerca de todo, cuenta con lavandería de autoservicio a costo muy accesible, por las tardes buffet de bebidas, no pude entrar al onsen porque tengo tatuajes, sin embargo, por toda la ciudad hay onsens tattoo friendly! Olvidé algo y lo mandaron a mi siguiente hotel, excelente lugar!

• 建榕 (10/5): 目前住過最棒的superhotel - 1.飯店位置本町(ほんまち)雖非大阪主要的商圈,但也算得上是大阪的交通要塞,地鐵本町站匯聚御堂筋線,四橋線及中央線,無論前往梅田還是難波都方便,在此加持下飯店周圍生活機能也不差,飯店一樓就有一間Familymart,過個馬路又有7-11與Lawson,走個幾步也有一間小型超市mimiel,覓食不成問題 2.早餐豐富多元,服務人員熱心 3.飯店前台有多款枕頭供房客挑選,另提供多項備品給房客使用 4.客房內電視有許多影音串流平台讓房客登入收看自己想看的影音內容,這方面給個讚 5.房內空調為獨立式冷暖氣機,冷暖功能強度夠 6.有浴場可泡澡,水質清澈滑溜,泡完全身舒暢,每天早晚都來報到 7.客房使用密碼鎖進出,退房時無須至前台辦理手續

• ALESSANDRO Fatta (6/5): The courtesy of the staff is offset by poor cleaning - There's nothing "Super" about the hotel except the Staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, BUT... Cleanliness, by Japanese standards, definitely leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't change the sheets before my arrival (!) and there were several hairs in the bed. In the bathroom I found a "nest" of long black hairs and the carpet... okay, you get the idea.

• paul (9/5): Very good - Comfortable hotel, good size room, we appreciated that we could open the window a little bit. Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Good air conditioning and wifi. Quiet. Staff was welcoming. Location is not very central but we walked to Dotonbori, and Namba in about 30-40 mns. Metro station is a few steps away. Good breakfast with a large variety of food. Complimentary drinks is nice. Good value. We would definitely go back. Our room was clean but dated. There is absolutely no decoration, felt soulless. But we didn’t spend too much time in there.

• Adele (10/5): It was really enjoyable to the full, especially the onsen experience. - It was located just outside the subway, it has supermarket next door, the staff are friendly and helpful. People can choose a pillow of their liking, they provide pyjamas, slippers, toiletries and beauty products. There is an Onsen bath in the premises and it’s complimentary. It offers free cocktails or soft drinks free of charge from 17.00 to 21.00, there is a smoking room and left luggage facilities, also a computer available to guests. There is a fountain that supplies drinkable water in the lobby. A nice restaurant for breakfast or lunch and a lovely restaurant in the basement that provides genuine Japanese food and where smoking is allowed. Nice shopping centre nearby. It was a really nice stay. There was nothing I could complain about

• Natasa (2/5): Red Flag! - The breakfast was ok. 1. The subway is close to the hotel BUT from the Honmachi stop on Midosuji line it takes 20mn trough subway to arrive to the right exit (see photo) 2. I am a single travelling woman and they gave me a room on the men’s spa floor. The first day a group of them yelled unti 1am past. I explained that I feel very uncomfortable but they didn’t accept to change my room. I had to insist that they try to calm them. 3. The room was directly facing the highway (see photo) and was awfully noisy. The surroundings are bad. 4. Just one woman spoke (a little) english. One of them not a word (or pretends?) I even had to insist to get my payement receip. I paid almost 400€ for three horrible nights.

Dość małe pokoje i bardzo maleńka łazienka w pokoju, ale zakładając że do kąpieli korzystasz z onsenu, to nie jest to takim problemem.

Perfect location, happy hours, onsen, free amenities, etc. Just that the bathroom is quite tiny that you have squeeze yourself into doing all your things (even for an average asian-size peraon)so it was a bit uncomfortable. • Renwick (10/5): Great location, amenities, people and food. Its the perfect stay. - This hotel is perfect. Ive stayed in Osaka on a few occasions and each time, I choose to stay here. The property itself is clean, has an AMAZING and kind staff- both at the lobby and during breakfast— and thr breakfast is amazing! The cocktail hour is also such a nice amenity and the location being right by a station is super convinient. The onsen is super comfortable too. 😄 No complaints at all.
• Lucia (10/5): Genial, muchos amenities, onsen, a 20 min del centro (No quieras estar en el centro, mucho ruido) - Es un hotel muy bien situado, debajo justo tiene la entrada al metro, muy bien conectada con toda la ciudad y puntos de interés turístico. Es verdad que hay un mínimo de ruido, pero no se escuchaba casi nada (yo estaba en la planta 10). La habitación que me tocó era pequeña, como todas en Japón! Otra cosa, leí comentarios sobre la almohada: es una almohada especial, hecha de cáscaras de trigo sarraceno al parecer. Sobre esa, le puedes poner unas finas que hay abajo, yo directamente la quité y me cojo el primer día una almohada gordita, porque no sabía que arriba habría esa, y por no cambiarlo ya me quedé con la del primer día, pero es falso que tengan malas almohadas, hay carta de almohadas! Solo hay que saber usarla. Puede ser para ti, o no, pero es un tipo de almohada tradicional que tiene beneficios, para mí no, pero no es desgaste o que sean de mala calidad! La cama es algo dura, estilo japonés casi, futón sobre colchón, si tienes muchas dolencias de espalda, pues igual no es lo tuyo, pero creo que en Japón tienden a ser así. El personal siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto conmigo, además no tienes que hacer check out. El desayuno: la sopa de miso, tras el jet lag, te da la vida literalmente! Hay huevos, patatas con salchichas, revueltos, arroces,…muy bien. Ha sido una estancia excelente! A 23 min caminando del Glico y el centro, no me puedo poner ninguna pega! Quizás la van un poco dura, pero hemos venido a jugar, no? El resto muy muy bien calidad precio

A free drink and 5 products were offered every day. This was a plus! The staff was not able to speak English but they try to be helpful

• Andrew (9/5): A handy location and a good value for money stay - The location, right next to an exit from the metro station, couldn't have been easier to find (once I'd navigated the metro station itself). The welcome was good, and there was an introduction to the variety of pillows on offer! This definitely helped as the default pillows are rather hard. Everything I needed was there in the room and with a wide range of extra facilities in reception. Using a keycode to unlock the door rather than a keycard took a bit of getting used to but in the end was quite effortless. Breakfast was good and varied, with more variety on the Japanese side than the Western side (which didn't bother me at all). I had a good stay at the hotel and could happily have stayed longer. There was nothing about it that I didn't like.

• Felix (10/5): Comfortable stay - Stayed 10 night. Location: not quite walking distance but only a couple of subway stops to major touristy areas like Umeda and Namba. A few more stops will lead you to Osaka Castle, Tennoji/Harukas, Bay Area and even Yumeshima (Osaka EXPO). The Osaka Metro station (Hommachi) entrance/exit with three subway lines is right in front of the hotel. I took one of the line to get to and from OCAT (only two stops) and easily transfer to airport limousine bus to get to/from KIX. 5 min walk will lead you to a fairly big "local and non-touristy" shopping centre called Senba (under an overhead highway) where I had dinner after I arrived from the airport and hotel check-in. Service: staff are all courteous and efficient. The lady staff at the breakfast restaurant provides superb hospitality. Hotel facilities: love the onsen, the buffet breakfast with a wide range of items (mainly Japanese). Room: spacious enough for one person, love the chair with back support (verse a stool), quiet (absolutely no noise from outside), very quiet a/c and humidifier. bed/pillow comfy. I had stayed at other Super Hotel in near train station in Tokyo and Ikebukuro. They all do not disappoint. Nothing

• Timothy (9/5): Great place to stay for sight-seeing in Osaka and World Expo! - Location is great, the subway is right in front of the building. Although the room is slightly small (not so surprised in Japan) but one can certainly take the bath at the Onsen place, which is spacious and great relaxation after the whole day walk.
