- YUTAKA SUGANO (6/5): Bom lugar, com boas acomodações, mas precisa de manutenção. - A localização é boa, com acesso fácil para os vários pontos de Manaus. O Bairro é calmo e tranquilo. O chuveiro e a vaso sanitário pingava muita água, incomodando bastante durante as noites. Conversei com o prorpietário sobre isso, e ele disse que iria resolver no dia seguinte, o que não acabou acontencendo durante as 4 noites seguintes. Espero que este problema simples seja resolvido. E também, o piso do chão na entrada dos quartos e no banheiro estavam estufados, o que causava certo incômodo na hora de passar por eles.
