- Guldariya (2/5): - It was the smallest hotel in my life :) even if we chose no smoking room, the smell was still there. Staff were very nice and helpful (ordering food and giving an umbrella). Location was nice, in front of metro. Rooms are very small, smell of cigarettes.
- Xidi (10/5): - Παραδοσιακο, αυθεντικη κινεζική διακόσμηση, τοποθεσία, πολυ κοντα σε μετρό, προθυμο προσωπικο, μιλούσαν αγγλικα, πολυ καθαρο. Πολλές ευχαριστίες στο αγόρι που είναι νυχτερινός στη ρεσεψιόν ( δεν θυμάμαι το όνομά του συγνωμη), που αν και δε μιλούσε αγγλικα συνενοηθηκα πολυ γρήγορα με μεταφραστήρα), ο οποίος μου έκλεισε εισητηρια για αξιοθεατα και εισητηρια τρενου για επομενο προορισμό, καθώς δεν είχα τις απαραίτητες εφαρμογές στο κινητό μου. Μου αφιέρωσε πολύ από το χρόνο του με προθυμία και με χαμόγελο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα Τίποτα, όλα καλα

The size of the room and there is a big issue with WiFi or connection in general if you are planning to work on your laptop or just watch Netflix at night forget about it internet don’t work which was very inconvenient for me since I work from my laptop…
- Anatolii (7/5): - расположение возле метро. хорошее кафе в 10 метрах. торговый центр в квартале. много разных магазинов рядом. отзывчивый персонал. заселение в любое время. наличие евроразеток (о их необходимости спросили при заселении) номер без окна. немного шумно. видел сотрудника, который, как будто пылесосил коридор, на самом деле - включил пылесос оперся на него и залипал в телефоне минут 10. пылесос исправно гудел все это время )))

- Olga (7/5): Бюджетно и чисто в номере. На этаже воняло сигаретами. Попали на курящего возле лифта сотрудника. - Очень вежливые доброжелательные девушки на ресепшн. Они создали положительное отношение к отелю. На втором этаже возле лифта сотрудник мужчина курил. Я был с детьми и мы не переносим запах дыма. После моей жалобы на ресепшн больше такого не повторялось. Иначе с таким запахом на этаже и отношением персонала Вашему отелю нужно было бы поставить одну звезду.

El baño no nos gustó porque se transparentaba y podías ver a la otra persona lo que hacía en el baño no tenia intimidad.( sugerencia poner un vinilo de un color fuerte que no transparente)

The allowed me to stay with 5 cats, YES 5 cats. The front desk staff doesnt speak any ENglish but they are friendly and allow you to send packages there. cigarette smell everywhere, disgusting

- Petre (5/5): Ok - The hotel was very good,decent value for money and a good location! There was some construction going on right in the same building as the hotel, actually above my room… It was terrible, I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts because it was so loud. They started at 8 in the morning and kept going for about three hours straight. No chance to get any rest. I asked at the reception for some earplugs, but they didn’t have any. The hotel itself was fine, but the construction completely ruined the stay!

- Brice (1/5): Aucune chambre disponible en arrivant malgré notre reservation confirmée sur Booking. Lieu à éviter. - Nous avions réservé sur Booking et la réservation était confirmée. Nous avons prévenu l'établissement que nous ariverions après minuit car nous arrivions à Pékin en avion. L'établissement était d'accord. Une fois arrivé, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponible alors que tout était confirmé par Booking. Nous étions avec notre enfant de 6 ans dans les bras. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir et nous ont fait partir en nous disant d'aller voir ailleurs. C'est établissement ne respecte pas ses engagements ni ses clients. Notre famille s'est retrouvée dehors en pleine nuit malgré notre réservation confirmée. Ils ont ensuite fait leurs excuses à Booking. C'est incompréhensible.
- Alicia (3/5): Good location but wouldn’t recommend at all - The location, it was about 15 minutes away by subway ( next to the hotel) We booked a room for 3 people, however, the room was for 2 people ( there were only 2 towels, slippers, 1 bed….). We asked the reported our problem to the staff and they said they couldn’t do anything and that the room was for 3 people ( clearly it was no for that number of people). They said they could move us to another room on our last night and even on our last night they gave us more problems because they said we should have asked for the room in the morning not in the afternoon ( they didn’t tell us that). The staff didn’t give us a solution at all and we had to sleep uncomfortably 3 in a bed and the window was broken so it was really cold.

- ARTEM (10/5): Вернулась бы еще раз - Очень уютные номера, убирались каждый день (осуществлялась замена белья и одноразовых уходов) Мега приятные ребята на ресепшен, очень помогали всё время прибытия. Рядом с отелем станция метро, ночной магазин, и сам отель почти в центре Пекина. -

- Caitlin (8/5): Perfect location to get around Beijing - The location was perfect, as soon as you come out of the exit, the hotel is right there waiting for you. Staff was really diligent about replacing drinking water and towels. The beds are pretty hard, but not intolerable.

Полотенца мягкие, матрас комфортный, по просьбе дали дополнительную подушку для ребёнка. Напор в душе хороший, все средства для мытья имеются. Климат контроль работал исправно У выхода пункт доставщиком, соответственно очень много мопедов, нужно быть крайне аккуратным. В номере нет окна - нам было не критично, так как на одну ночь, но если на несколько дней остаться будет некомфортно. Звукоизоляция в номере не очень хорошая, но нам попались тихие соседи

Девочки на ресепшене молодцы, помогали решить возникшие проблемы, в общем всё понравилось Иногда доносились звуки дрели, или ещё чего, но близость улицы ничего не поделать

- Siv (4/5): Je ne recommande pas. - Hotel à 3m du métro. Personnels de l'hôtel sympathiques, mais ne parlent pas anglais. Les toilettes et les douches sont bien séparés mais par une paroi transparente. Donc impossible de se doucher en même temps qu'une personne qui occupait les toilettes. Le lavabo n'a pas été nettoyé de tout notre séjour qui a duré 10j dans cet hotel, alors que le ménage était fait tous les jours. Il n'y avait qu'une machine à laver et pas de sèche linge. Rien pour faire sécher son linge. Même si l'hôtel est proche du métro, il éloigné des sites touristiques (30 minutes de métro)

- Olivier (3/5): Poor - The location was very good and the price not to high for Beijing The corridors of the hotel were very old, didn't look very well. There were almost no water pressure, dificult to take a shower. The bedroom was clean but since everything was so old, it was not really pleasant.
- Mariana (1/5): Disgusting place - avoid it!! - Just the Subway station outside the hotel Nothing: completely dirty, old, unmaintained, a disgusting place for $45 a day, in China—not cheap at all. The photos might have been from 30 years ago. The entire hotel was disgusting. We booked a "deluxe" room and we got initially a very dirty and small one, nothing like the photos. Then we were given another room, still dirty and old. All the rooms smelled of ashtrays, and there were even cigarettes old on the floor. It was also very noisy. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak English and weren't helpful at all Pictures of.the room attached (and that room was supoosed to be one of the Best ones)
- Vasin (4/5): Disappointing - The staff are helpful even they don't speak English but nowadays we have translator. With the metro in front of the hotel you can go anywhere conveniently. You need biejing metro app and you will be set. The Hotel itself is really dim and old. Even with not smoking room you still smell the cigarette everywhere in your room. The cleanliness is okay

- Isa (9/5): Amazing staff, lovely hotel in a great location - Incredibly nice and helpful staff, with one of them speaking English quite good. Every single staff member, from lobby personnel to housekeeping is very sweet. However the best part about this hotel is the location, with the subway entrance right in front of the hotel (literally!) and a lot of food options nearby. The hotel also has A/C which is lovely, it's was able to keep the room both cold and warm just fine. I would book this hotel again in the future! If you don't like steaming hot showers, it's difficult to get the shower to be at the right temperature. It's also inconsistent with its temperature, it fluctuating quite a bit. The walls of the rooms are also really thin, you'll be able to hear your neighbours talk. The rooms are not the most premium when it comes to build quality, but it's up to spec where it matters (comfort and safety). All in all, some minor issues for what otherwise is an excellent stay, don't let it deter you.
