• dunja (8/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz Baustellen drum herum. Schöne Einrichtung Etwas wenig Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser so musste man eine noch nicht mal 1/2 volle Spülmaschine spülen lassen, dies ist nicht gerade Wasser und Energiesparend. 2. Schlüssel wäre auch schön gewesen.

• Abigail (9/5): We enjoyed a fantastic fortnight at the villa and enjoyed the dramatic location - The location was very quiet and we enjoyed the nearby volcano walk which was spectacular! It was lovely to have coffee, beer and wine to welcome us when we arrived too. The villa was very clean and both bedrooms had an en suite which was lovely. It would have been helpful to have more cutlery, tea towels, glasses and mugs for a family of 4. It would also be helpful to have the linen and towels changed and villa cleaned in the second week as part of the cost.
• Maria Grazia (1/5): Vergognosi . - Nulla. Difficoltà nel trovare la casa. Non ci sono indicazioni precise. Nessun numero civico. Canali tv non funzionanti, maniglie delle porte che si staccavano, lavandino traballanti, solo un cambio asciugamano per una settimana. Pessima assistenza, anche sia da parte di booking che dell assistenza. Disguidi importanti con la struttura. Mi hanno trattenuto ben 170 euro per pulizie della casa accanto solo perché avevamo manifestato di voler cambiare la villa, in quanto quella accordataci nn era quella prescelta. E loro senza che nessuno glielo abbia confermato, hanno finto di avere pulito la casa, già pulita solo per poter trattenere i 170 euro. Informazione questa , data solo dopo 3 gg dalla data dei rientro in Italia . Vergogna .
• Patricia (1/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida - Sinceramente no es como pintan en la foto , las vistas ni se ven y por las noches como no te descuides te entra visita por la noche ( gatos ) uno apareció en el armario de la habitación y otro detrás de la lavadora Por otro lado todo muy sucio , ventanas , sábanas , toallas hasta la mesa del salón con grasa. Lo único es lo que te dejan de bienvenida pero ni eso No te dejan ni sábanas limpias ni toallas limpias si estás una semana , suerte a secarse y dormir con las mismas . Una de las habitaciones, la principal , el primer día voy abrir la puerta que tiene acceso al exterior me quedé con el manillar en la mano menos mal que envié foto y se los comenté por qué capaz que me hacen pagarlo también . Te piden una fianza de 500 euros la cual te devuelven en unos días tras comprobar que la villa está bien , me mandan a los días de abandonar la villa como que una de las sillas del salón se rompió y un tendero, digo bueno el tendero se quedó abierto del viento pues se rompió lógico , la silla es que ni me di cuenta que se había roto una pata por qué ni nos sentamos dentro , me llevo la sorpresa que de 500 euros me descuentan 350€ y lo más gracioso que donde mismo restauran la silla compran el tendero jajajajaj a todo esto descontando todo sin haberme enviado factura que en su momento se la pedí, 52 euros un tendero es de locos , creo que es la peor villa que he estado en mi vida , son unos estafadores nivel dios.
